Pros:

Very clean, spacious rooms with all the amenities. Very good breakfast buffet in mornings with many choices.

The room was comfortable and quiet. We liked the property set up, not just straight long hallways. It was homey.

Pros:

Rooms are spacious but worn. Not enough staff at check in, room freezer ice maker was broken and no floor ice maker. Room cold water had to be shut down for an hour because of a pipe issue.

Pipe broke outside room and loud repairs happened from 10PM to almost midnight. In the morning, notice carpet in room was soaked, as well as carpet in hall and ceiling tiled were damaged. H

Because of the kind gracious upgrade it was a fantastic stay!
Pros:

This review is not really for the property but a PERSON on staff. I wish I had gotten her name but she (maybe the manager? She was a shorter white woman with reddish hair) graciously upgraded us to a bigger room without extra charge. It was more than what we could have asked for. And she thanked us to for being members. The reality is we are the ones who are thankful for folks like her who go above and beyond for guests. I wanted to make sure that she got her recognition!

Overall the room was nice and specious accommodating a family of five.
This time the BF variety was fairly decent, previous time it was better, however, everyone were able to find something to eat.
The one thing that can be improved is the condition of the bathroom.
They were clean and the hotel provided nice toiletries but you can see that the facilities can use renovations.

Overall our stay was good and for sure will book with them again.

Pros:

Suite had very minimal kitchen utensils. i.e. 1 coffee mug. No tablespoons. Ice maker wasn't turned on...no cubes til next day. Ice machine downstairs is shaved ice and instantly melts!

Unmaintained and cold water
Pros:

Rusty tubs, no hot water, someone else’s urine on toilet seats. I didn’t feel safe bathing my babies in the tub because there was rust all over the drains and faucets. We could only get hot water at 6am-7am. Not at night not mid morning not middle of the day. Even the sink had cold water for washing face at night.
