Pros:

Just OK. Overpriced
Pros:

Room was OK, location was convenient (coming from CO to TX)

Cons:

The woman at the desk when we arrived was miserable and less than helpful. Your rack rate for the night was way overpriced, and we had to sit in the lobby and book through Booking.com to get a decent rate (ridiculous!). I'm not high maintenance, just know good processes and customer service and we had neither.

Terrible. Do not recommend
Pros:

Room are decent but outdated. Cleaning service was terrible. After 10 days and having to ask several times was the bed sheets changed. A trash truck shows up every day at 530 and wakes me up. Worst holiday inn I’ve stayed at.

Slept like a baby. Tristan was very accommodating, courteous and happy to have us. He is very very good at his job. Wish all hotels had someone like him.
