Cons:

No instructions to tell us the rooms were not cleaned daily. Also, our toilet lid was broken and it took 10 hours from reporting it to get it replaced by the concierge not maintenance.

Best staff ever!
Pros:

Upon entering, Colleen and Samantha greeted me. My Diamond status was acknowledged and I was offered a snack. I asked about local restaurants and was told about several with a couple within walking distance. Motel was clean and smelled good. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and pot and pans. Had a maintance issue, and it was promptly fixed. No issue with WiFi or TV. I would definitely recommend this property for long term or short term stays.

At first glance it seemed adequate. Lobby was clean and staff was friendly. But upon approaching my hallway there was an odd stench in the hall. Somewhere a mix between moisture and cat urine, not strong but present. Then when in the room, one of the towels had hair on it. The texture was fine and straight, my hair is short and curly. I ended up using it as a floor mat as a result. Lastly, and most egregious was the second day I woke up and entered the bathroom where a pest lay dying. Pictures attached. This obviously made for a rather disappointing experience. I will not be returning.
