The hotel was clean.
At first glance it seemed adequate. Lobby was clean and staff was friendly.
At first glance it seemed adequate. Lobby was clean and staff was friendly. But upon approaching my hallway there was an odd stench in the hall. Somewhere a mix between moisture and cat urine, not strong but present. Then when in the room, one of the towels had hair on it. The texture was fine and straight, my hair is short and curly. I ended up using it as a floor mat as a result. Lastly, and most egregious was the second day I woke up and entered the bathroom where a pest lay dying. Pictures attached. This obviously made for a rather disappointing experience. I will not be returning.
I really like the location when you pulled up to it it felt like you were in the country I really enjoyed it
Refining chair in our room did not recline that is one of the features of candlewood suites is that you get a recliner
My experience with friends at this location was great. Staff was amazing and the rooms were very clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job cleaning and keeping room up to par. Enjoyed my visit very much
My experience here at the Candlewood Suites Bel Air was amazing. The atmosphere was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. When having to stay at a hotel I always worry about cleanliness, I can truly say the housekeepers were on their jobs when it came to keeping the place clean and wanting you to return. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family on the cleanliness alone. All of the staff that I encountered were very welcoming, helpful, nice and approachable. Thank You for a pleasant stay until next time.
This has to be cleanest hotel ever. The staff was not even upset when I asked for fresh linen at my initial checked in, they waited on my every need (which was just fresh linen & towels) in a timely manner. This was my first time here I have a huge family and will definitely tell them about this place. Thanks Candlewood Suites! Especially Ms. Mia...
