Perfect for the night before travel and the restaurant was very good.
Pros:

-Convenience to the airport
-staff went above and beyond- I came back with food poisoning and both the shuttle driver and staff were so kind and helpful to me

The frontage road leading to the hotel is in desperate need of repair.

Nice place to stay before a flight
Pros:

Zoey at the front desk really knows how to take care of a guest. Room is nice, shuttle service to the airport and discounted longer term parking make this place a great option.

Nice hotel with EXCELLENT service.
Pros:

Kristie and Jake were fantastic. They helped make our stay. We had tire issues due to Indianapolis pot hole, and they helped us with arranging tow and tire replacement. I could not have had better service, compassion and assistance. Thank you Kristie and Jake.

Excellence plus
Pros:

The front desk service greeted us with a friendly hello. Excellent service from the kitchen and housekeeping staffs. I haven't had any problems with the Hilton organization throughout my travels. A 110% rating, keep up the outstanding work.

Hotel serves its purpose
Pros:

Hotel is nice and does what its supposed to do for an airport hotel. Rooms clean and restaurant has good basic hotel food. The bad thing is that it seems that the whole Indianapolis area doesn't believe in plowing roads or parking lots even though they knew the snow was coming for two days and the temps were going to drop to zero. Give yourself extra time if you're taking the airport shuttle as the road were embarrassing for a 3 inch storm. Driver did a great job driving safely to and from the airport, but had to go slow because of the road conditions. I'd stay there again.
