Peaceful, hospitable and comfortable.
Pros:

It gave me the space I needed from the business of Amritsar, It was friendly, clean and hospitable ai had the most nourishing and lovely massage and head oil treatment

I am extremely disappointed with the security staff’s negligence and lack of responsibility regarding customers’ important luggage. My important bag has gone missing, and I am very concerned about this incident.

All okay but I would rather … choose another property

The location of the property is good

Cons:

I would say that the standards of Hyatt has been degraded by this property not at all well maintained and it appears they really need strong management to ensure all the standards are followed as well as consistent throughout the brand . Especially during the breakfast time it is a chaos

Pros:

We stayed at the property last time too, loved the mall next door and the free shuttle service but unfortunately this time the property seemed quite run down.

Cons:

It needs some major renovations in my opinion, the rooms are old, furniture doesn’t look fresh.
