Location, modern look with very high ceilings

Cons:

Lack of communication between shifts in reception so had to repeat asking for the same stuff, frustrating.

Did not take into account request sent several days earlier via Booking.com ( family funeral, 4 rooms to be on the same 4th floor)

Got 4 rooms ,eventually, on the 3rd floor
