Nice choice
Pros:

Great parking (€25/day) and possibility to stay with a pet (€20/day). The hotel has a very convenient connection to Berlin city center, with a tram stop right in front. The staff were helpful, and there’s a small self-service grocery area at the reception, which is a nice touch. The wellness area is pleasant, with a sauna and relaxation zone.

Cons:

The whirlpool in the wellness area was not working during our stay. The hotel is located a bit farther from the city center, in the future I would book something at Alexanderplatz.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wie kommen immer wieder gern in dieses Hotel, ein herzliches Dankeschön an Paula und Nikolai, die diesen Aufenthalt wieder zu etwas Besonderem gemacht haben 😊

Cons:

Die tägliche Reinigung (ohne Anmeldung vorher), gerade bei mehrtägigem Aufenthalt, wäre wünschenswert

Nice place close to public transport
Pros:

location close to the S-bahn and a tram, not much to see nearby tho. The staff was great, I did a mistake while booking and while they could've charge me extra, they chose to be nice about it. much appreciated.

Zentral, aber man darf nicht zimperlich sein
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der S-Bahn Landsberger Allee und hat vor der Tür mehrere Trams, die einen bis zum Hauptbahnhof befördern. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hat Reklamationen meinerseits umgehend bearbeitet. Der Safe war einfach zu bedienen, da eine gute Beschreibung auf der Safetür angebracht ist. Der Online Check in und out ist für ein zügiges Ankommen und Abreisen optimal.

Cons:

Auf meinem Zimmer fehlte der Wasserkocher, beide Kaffeetassen waren dreckig und der koffeinhaltige lösliche Kaffee war auch nicht vorhanden. Dies wurde von mir gemeldet und zwar schnell behoben, aber doch recht unangenehm und anstrengend. Das Zimmer lag in der 9. Etage und sollte einen schönen Ausblick haben. Den Ausblick hätte man genießen können, wenn die Fenster nicht so unsagbar dreckig gewesen wären inkl. Vogelkacke am Fenster. Da das Zimmer zur Straße lag, konnte man leider den Straßenlärm trotz geschlossener Fenster bis in die 9. Etage hören. Wer hier die Angewohnheit hat mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen, sollte sich lieber ein Zimmer zum Innenhof geben lassen. Außerdem kamen einem schwarze lange Haare entgegen, als ich die Bettdecke aufgeschlagen habe und die Handtücher entfaltet habe. Auch auf dem Teppichboden waren dunkle Haare, dies konnte man anhand meiner Socken erkennen. Sehr unhygienisch. Der Duschkopf schwenkte immer zur linken Seite in Richtung Wand, sodass ein angenehmes Duschen nicht möglich war. Leider gab es auch Flecken auf dem Teppich und eine Schranktür hatte eine heftige Kerbe. Schade, dass das Andel‘s so nachgelassen hat. Ich habe hier vor Corana immer gerne mehrere Tage übernachtet, wenn ich meine Mutter besucht habe. Ob ich hier noch einmal übernachten werde, ist fraglich.
