Sehr gutes Hotel. Super freundliches Personal. Ich wurde bei der Anreise gefragt, ob ich Präferenzen habe, wo das Zimmer liegen soll (Straße/Innenhof). Sauberes Zimmer, super Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und ist leise.

Cons:

Aufgrund der Lage der Hotels (tolle Anbindung an Tram und Ringbahn!) muss einem bewusst sein, dass die Bahnen bzw. deren "Rumpeln" leicht im Zimmer vernehmbar sind. Das ist für mich vollkommen in Ordnung, tolle Öffi Anbindung bringt nun mal Lautstärke mit sich. Ich will es lediglich angemerkt haben, dass sehr geräuschempfindliche Personen damit Probleme habe könnten.

Cons:

Für 169,00 € sollte man schon ein Zimmer verlangen können und nicht einen winzigen Raum. Mein Kopf lag beim schlafen fast auf der Toilette. Gut, dass es da noch eine Tür...Glastür gab. Da konnte ich meinen Partner genau bei seinem Geschäft beobachten, da mein Kopfende vom Bett und die Toilette ca. 1,00 m auseinander waren. Habe ich so noch nicht gesehen. Nicht für den Preis. Dann wollten wir die Bar benutzen...ging nicht, da der Fahrstuhl kaputt war...sagte man uns...ein Kaffee in der Lobby ging auch nucht, da die Maschine erst gereinigt werden musste....tcha, war nucht so umwerfend.

good value for money but room for improvement
Pros:

Good location (close to public transport so it was relatively quick to get into downtown Berlin), nice that the hotel has a gym, room was clean. Having a bath was great!

Cons:

Water from the shower actually pooled around the toilet and stayed there for all of our stay, ventilation in the bathroom was not great. Bed was a bit too hard (but that's just my personal taste). Some staff members were really attentive, others not so much so (not rude but also not super friendly).
