Pros:

Wir sind freundlich empfangen worden. Nach Problemen mit der Klimaanlage im Zimmer wurde uns problemlos ein neues Zimmer zugewiesen.. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich. Der Service war gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It’s a great value for money, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer than a few days.
Pros:

Hotel was close to an S Bahn station as well as a tram stop. Breakfast was good. Staff were kind.

Cons:

The AC wasn’t working well, it was loud and inefficient. If you were to turn of the lights, especially at night, the lamps would constantly make a cracking noise which would last for at least 30 minutes.

Die Ausstattung war gut gewählt und modern.

Cons:

Die Bedienung beim Frühstück war laut, legte eine derbe Sprache an und lernte eine scheinbar Schwerhörige Azubine an. Diese Azubine war hinterher da Punkt entweder klapperte sie mit geschirrlaut, oder trampelte irgendwo vor. In meinem Zimmer im Bad fand ich dicke Barthaare.

Cons:

Die Durchgangstür zum Nebenzimmer war bei der Ankunft offen.
Der Duschgelspender war komplett leer und wurde erst nach Aufforderung gefüllt. Sollte nicht passieren.
Ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

Top Lage für einen Citytrip
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und die Zimmer haben alles, was man braucht.
Die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht gut funktioniert, deshalb bekamen wir ein Früstück umsonst.

Klimaanlage ist ausgefallen
