Pros:

Frühstück ist wie immer sehr gut.

Cons:

Restaurant schließt um 22.00 Uhr. Bei Frühstück sollte es 2 Stationen geben, die Eier zubereiten. Diesmal gab es längere Wartezeiten.

Top Adresse in Berlin mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten
Pros:

Buchung, Check In und Check Out absolut smart gestaltet. Tolle Technik, die auch ohne Probleme funktioniert hat. Natürlich ist aber auch jederzeit freundliches Personal vor Ort. Zimmer war sehr geräumig, Fenster absolut schalldicht, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Zwischenreinigung nur auf Wunsch - was mir persönlich sehr gefallen hat. Top ausgestatteter Fitnessbereich und Sauna, sowie ein klasse Frühstück mit Salatbar, veganer Ecke, Eierspeisen direkt aus der Pfanne und viel Auswahl. Die Lage ist top (S-Bahn direkt vor der Tür) und im Hotel gibt es einen 24/7 Smartstore mit allerlei Getränken und Snacks, die aber sehr teuer sind. Durch eine Messe in Berlin war es preislich kein Schnäppchen - aber zu normalen Zeiten kann man hier zu einem fairen Preis extrem gut übernachten und viele tolle Extras genießen. Von mir eine absolute Empfehlung!

A well-equipped, large hotel; we felt comfortable.
Pros:

The beds were excellent: I slept very well.

First breakfast on Saturday: Very good! The staff was very helpful!

Breakfast on Sunday: Fewer options, and it was only served after a wait: probably too many guests, too few staff.

Cons:

Disabled parking spaces were occupied by people who were not disabled and who cited a lack of parking as their reason.
The same thing happened at electric vehicle charging stations: combustion engine vehicles were parked there.
