Not coming back to Blue Lagoon.
Pros:

The grounds are well kept.

Cons:

The rooms were not entirely clean.
The service at the restaurant was appalling, we were even double charged for items we didn't consume.
I will not be coming back.

Beautiful location spacious rooms, probably needs new management to help get the hospitality aspect right. Terrible food
Pros:

The location is beautiful easy private access to the beach , the room was specious and value for money

Cons:

Our room was not ready at check in time. The breakfast was terrible it’s like the food was old and reused for a long time. We went to the restaurant for dinner and the food there was also not great.

Pros:

Quietness of the serene environment. The friendly staff. Also, the easy access to the gate for entry and departure. The other thing is that the breakfast was to die for.

Cons:

The receptionist on arrival was asleep.
We asked for a room with a balcony, and we got a small courtyard.

I wouldn’t go back.
Pros:

The kitchen staff not attentive at all. I placed an order for a drink, starter and main. Twenty minutes later I had to follow up on my drink. After over 30 minutes my starter and main starter arrived a minute or two apart. I couldn’t even have my main because I was still full from the starter. No follow up on the drink. I just ended up leaving.

The rooms need an update.

Cons:

Room smell of cigarette smoke. Curtains were see through and did not block any light from the car park. Toilet seat mouldy. Generally the room was very poorly maintained
