Good Sleep and Comfort.
Pros:

Very new place. Clean and all around a positive experience. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast better than most hotels but eggs were from carton.

Cons:

Refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment.

Nice Motel but needs some changes

We loved the location and the facilities,

Cons:

The chemical smell in the indoor pool burned your eyes, when your 4 and 6 year old wants to leave swimming in 45 min that tells you a lot. The bed was not very comfortable the mattress was very hard!

Nice hotel, extremely rude front desk staff.

From the initial phonecall confirming our stay we were met with very rude and impatient behavior. Upon arrival we were met again with a very unkind welcome by who I assume was the same woman we spoke on the phone with.

There was a misunderstanding with the card being used to pay for the room, and instead of explaining the situation to us with respect and civility, we were accosted and treated as if we were teenagers trying to run a scam. Being told we can't use our phones to contact the family member who paid for the room, not being allowed to speak on the situation or explain anything without agressive interruption, and treated unbelievably rudely.

When paying for a place to stay after having a vehicle break down and uproot a vacation, I do not expect to be treated like a juvenile delinquent as a grown man who has given you payment and legal information- This is wholly unacceptable. Especially considering the efforts made on our end to rectify the situation and offer separate payment solutions.

If you stay at this hotel, perhaps you need to be prepared to be treated like a criminal over basic misunderstandings.

Pros:

Nice clean comfortable room

Cons:

They come and told me to turn my TV down because it was two loud. My TV volume was only on 30 when I cut it down I couldn't hear what was being said. I had to cut the subtitles on. I feel like for what I paid I should be able to hear my tv.

Pros:

Seemed like a newer hotel. Very nice inside. Pool was great. Breakfast was good

Cons:

We had 2 adults and 2 children 3 and 13. We booked a king bedroom with a pull out couch for the kids. The pull out was not big enough for 2 kids. It was more like a mini twin.
