Would stay again since the location is close to family, hopefully will be able to use the pool next time.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, good breakfast, allowed late checkout, everything worked properly in the room

Cons:

Pool was closed due to “unforeseen maintenance”. Our family was quite disappointed about that.

The staff were INCREDIBLE. Best part of the stay!

The bed was comfortable and pillows were great. Size of room was good

Cons:

Cleanliness starting with the elevator floor coming apart at the seams and dirty. Room was missing essential kitchen items and dish cleaning products. Bathroom had mold and mildew in the shower and the floor was not clean. Carpet felt tacky under your feet. Staff “cleaned “ the room when we requested no cleaning, yet the same dirt remained on the bathroom floor after staff cleaned.

Hermoso. Pasamos hermoso, súper relajados. Todo el personal muy cordial.

Todo me gustó del alojamiento

Cons:

Lo único que enfatizaría sería en el mantenimiento, creo que le hace falta mantenimiento, por lo menos en el área de la piscina. Oh, y personal bilingüe, es un hotel, donde llegan turistas y solo hablan inglés.
