Cons:

Lo único que enfatizaría sería en el mantenimiento, creo que le hace falta mantenimiento, por lo menos en el área de la piscina. Oh, y personal bilingüe, es un hotel, donde llegan turistas y solo hablan inglés.

Pros:

Clean & comfortable room. Breakfast was very nice & kitchen staff kept the buffet well presented & tables clean. Nice pool.

Cons:

The toaster in the dining room isn’t suited for the # of guests who use it. It’s frustrating.

Pros:

Did not use kitchen or gym. Wall paper peeling off bathroom walls. Caulking in bathroom and shower leaking. Sheets were not put on bed properly and really wrinkled. I have no problem reporting this. We have been staying here for years. Never before stayed here and felt this way.

The food for breakfast was great! Good coffee too! Room was spacious but bed needs to be replaced. Too lumpy.. great front desk help and friendliness. I’d stay here again.
