Decent except for pest control.
Pros:

Facility was good rooms were nice. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Roach problem. There one night saw a roach in two separate rooms. Need to step up pest control .

Staff was very friendly room was clean n nest bed was excellent to sleep on did not like location

Once we 8 bo9ked my reservation through booking.com my reservation was not found 5he day before my check in. I called t j e hotel s3veral times n was told I did not have a reservation. I was told to call booking.com to see why my reservation was n9t showing. We finally got that corrected I requested a handicapped accessible room due to my disability with a walking shower. Upon my arrival the room we had wad not handicapped accessntible. 5he phone in the room was not working. When I called the front desk from my cell she said 9h. Some of the phones work n some don't so your phone probably doesn't work. Also agree wi we arrived around 7:30and the room was extremely hot and I have asthma I asked the desk clerk why the air was not turned on since my check in time was $3:00 ,she said we do not turn air on until I our arrival. I disagree with that due to the heat n also your staff does not know customers medical history. So the desk provid3d me with a handicapped with step in shower at no extra cost. We were told breakfast was free but not given the time so we missed breakfast because we were never told it was at 9:30. I will not be using this hotel again .

Really an outstanding example of the SpringHill suites.
Pros:

I’ve always like SpringHill, this one was outstanding, the staff was excellent and the room was perfect for my needs, very comfortable bed, desk, and separate area to relax. The included breakfast was great with lots of gluten free options, always a big plus.
