Cons:

My family was very upset that the pool was not ready. We had counted on the swimming pool to be ready at the end of a very long day. The staff absolutely amazing. The breakfast was great.

The breakfast was ok. Common areas are clean.

Cons:

They don't clean your room or make your bed every day!. I asked the front desk and they said they clean every 3 days? They overcharged for the room since it was High Point Market with lots of visitors. The hallways are loud and bad acoustics. Also the pillows are not comfortable. Staff were not friendly or approachable.

The pics that are advertised online has a pool. It says “indoor pool” online so I booked it to take my kids swimming when I arrive I ask the lady at the front desk about the pool and she was rude stating their pool was closed and doesn’t even have water in it. I told her that’s why I booked the room and she says oh well we still have to charge u for the night. So me and the kids tried to make the best of it but unfortunately we had people running up and down our hallway beating on our door and running. Embassy suites in Greensboro was way better and way friendlier

Pros:

The front desk person working at 930pm on 3/28 was exceptional. Very helpful and friendly and brought a smile to my face after a lomg night traveling.

Cons:

The only minor thing I thought could be improved was inside the bathtub in room 326 there were rust stains that made it appear unclean and unkept.

The staff was confused my ppl call to speak to someone in room lady said do they have a cell phone I only have a cordless phone can't connect to room my family was really upset you need to train your staff better,when checking in asking for card I already had card on file..
