The location and the lady at front desk was very nice

Cons:

Everything is old and not updated it , they don’t clean at all was very dirty and the breakfast I mean I know it’s free but juice machine wasn’t working and it was dirty and good horrible

Excellent location, comfy room, amazing staff!
Pros:

The location was excellent, nice green space around it, great for walking my dog… Close to some good restaurants and close to the interstate
The rooms were clean. I absolutely loved my room, it was the perfect suite for a working vacation.
The lobby was clean. Everybody was absolutely amazing… Great experience.

Cons:

On the last day that I was there, I stayed for a week, I was hardwired into the Internet to do my work… And I lost all Internet… The front desk didn’t seem to know about it, and it was at the end of my working day… So it wasn’t a huge issue, but it did cause some problems for me and my work.

I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN! DISAPPOINTED!

I was very disappointed. I had stayed here before and it was much better. I had ants in my bed and on the night table. The room wasn't very clean. Just felt dated and dingy. The door lock was broken and the phone didn't work. The internet was slow. Breakfast was TERRIBLE! I will not stay here again.

ANTS! BROKEN DOOR LOCK! TERRIBLE BREAKFAST. HAVING MONEY HELD AND BEING CHARGED REPEATEDLY FOR SOMETHING I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. TOOK SEVERAL DAYS TO STRAIGHTEN OUT AND THEN I WAS CHARGED ONCE AGAIN! THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN AND WHAT HAPPENED TO THE STOVE IN THE ROOM!? NO ICE OR WATER ANYWHERE IN THE HOTEL. WHY DOES A SODA COST $4! I WILL NOT EVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

Pros:

The room was very large and spacious with a living room and a kitchen area. The bathroom was also very large and had a separate sink area. The king size bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning cut the room nice and cold!

Very disappointed
Pros:

Nice location and large room

Cons:

Breakfast was horrible and the coffee was cold. We went to the pool for a while when we went back to our room the lock on our door didn’t work so we had to wait for maintenance to come fix the lock. It caused us to miss our reservation and the 4th of July fireworks our granddaughter was very upset.
