Pros:

It was ok, not great. Scrambled Eggs were kind of fake, maybe adding a choice of ham or cookies may complete the selection. Service staff were great. Thank you!

Shower door was leaking under, wetting floor beyond towels that we placed.

The stay wasn’t bad,staff was helpful and outside was clean.

I like how close the property was to our family. It was also near a huge shopping center.

Cons:

I felt that the sheets could have been cleaner, the curtains were also not in the best shape.

A very disappointing experience
Pros:

I, with my lovely lady were at my friend’s wedding on 17th January at the barn, Oliander and these folks recommended the Residence Inn at Port St. Lucie.
Honestly, we would NOT recommend this Residence Inn for many, many genuine reasons.
We were at this hotel on January 17th, 2026 and were thoroughly disappointed.
Firstly, the room smelled of cigarette smoke and others in our party complained that there were roaches in their room.
Very disappointing indeed!

The room was dirty, and I mean pubic hair on the sink and in the shower. The air conditioner wasn’t working so they needed to move us, and we were with a baby <1. The hotel offered a crib, but I wasn’t a crib, it was a pack and play. The pack and play with out sheets and/or mattress. I mean, how am I going to lay my baby on a surface where others babies have been there? That’s not hygienic. On the breast area the were not silver utensils, all plastic, even the cups to drink coffee. Very disappointing about my staying on this hotel.

Pros:

TV didn't work only on less than half of channels. Reported 3 times, not fixed.
Stayed a week, only got clean linens on second day. Ask but no results
Breakfast poor. Sausage was either like sticks or now taste on the patties.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!1

We will definitely stay again!
Pros:

For us the location was convenient, right off 95.
The staff was so friendly and kind! We will definitely stay again on our next trip down.

Cons:

The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was breakfast, the area where it is, doesn’t accommodate the number of people they had staying there.

Will stay again
Pros:

Have relatives in relatives in the area and this hotel was convenient. Staff ag desk was friendly and helpful. We took a King Suite, bed and pillows were comfy. Room and bath clean. The breakfast was a bonus. Look forward to another stay sometime soon. Enjoy!

Nice place, exceptional staff.
Pros:

Central location. Easy access to restaurants and I-95.

Cons:

Outside grounds were a bit shabby. Grass, shrubs needed cutting and trimming.
