Absolutely loved it

It feels safe. There’s plenty of parking and the staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Great place to stay with clean rooms, attentive staff and three pools to enjoy.

It was a great stay, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The restaurant has a good variety of food in their buffet and the restaurant personnel are very attentive. We spent a lot of time at the pools and really enjoyed the stay.

This hotel is the worst in town. My 9 year old niece got poked with a used need that was hidden on the guest couch!
Like how can this happen ??!! The hotel worker did not want to take care of the situation in any way! We rushed my niece to the ER and she was given treatment and has to go and check for any Diseases within 3 months.
We came out here for vacation and my sister had to deal with all that instead! To make it even worse this hotel did not want to reimburse my sister for all of the tests and medication my she had to come out of pocket for. The hotel workers didn't even seemed bothered, worried or anything that this happened to a child!
Please do not stay at this hotel, staff is horrible and not clean! Used needles being left there are a great danger for everyone.

I was not satisfied with the cleanliness in one of the bedrooms we were assigned. The sheets were dirty and there were dirty cotton swabs in between the sheets. The toilet had so much dust accumulated, who knows when it was the last time they cleaned.

People are very nice

The staff were very friendly, they cleaned our room immediately after we would leave. The facility is kept cleaned, it feels safe and welcoming. This is our second time starting here and we are planning on staying there again when we come back.

Room was clean and roomy. Restaurant service and food was fresh, hot and delightful. Quality Mexican hotel.

The hotel also features a swimming pool, which appeared clean and well-maintained, though I didn’t have the chance to use it. It’s a great perk for those looking to cool off and unwind.

A standout aspect of my stay was the warm and accommodating staff. The employees were kind, attentive, and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made me feel welcome.

Overall, Hotel María Isabel strikes a great balance between comfort, convenience, and atmosphere. It may not be a luxury stay, but it delivers where it counts—clean accommodations, thoughtful amenities, and genuinely friendly service. Solid choice!

The staff were unfriendly, also even if you are a guest you will not be allowed to eat ypur own food (snacks, small meals) by the pool. You will get treated like a criminal for doing so!

I’ve stayed here in the past many times. But hadn’t been back in a couple of yrs tell recent trip. The staff is excellent. The buffet selection has gone down &’less things available to choose from. The biggest issue was everytime we used the shower. The water was backing up and would go on the bathroom floor.
Hotel needs to invest in fixing plumbing and drain system.

Good place overall, but you have to drive anywhere, not much to really do around there. Also bring your light blockers as the curtains are very thin and the hotel remains brightly lit all through the night

Great costemer service

The staff was really respectful and helpful made us feel great especially the service crew they where great.

The only thing that you need is a coffee maker in the room!
The couch needs to be replaced, too old!
