I enjoyed the location
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Transportation was very good, taking me to the mall and station at anytime

Cons:

It was a little noisy at the hall way and reception sometimes

Cons:

Staff is unorganized. When putting in a special request (ex., bathtub), confirm with a manager. You pay for parking, although there is plenty of parking spaces on their property. If you have any issues, they will refer you to booking.com, you won’t be able to make any changes

staff very nice and the hotel itself and location on the whole was good
Pros:

staff very friendly, professional, and accommodating

Cons:

-bathroom was diappointing due to not having any towel brackets to hang towel/washcloth.
-coffee maker was broken but replaced immediately
-bed too high. need a step stool
-ridiculous paying for parking when having paid to stay at the hotel
-should have a better environment to have a meal
-breakfast should be included
