Great one night stay
Pros:

Perfect location after our visit to Six Flags New England. Also very close to local restaurants including a fab brew pub!

Cons:

Nothing to note - it does what it says on the tin!

Will.probably have to stay again and will book direct if this issue with you is not resolved.
Pros:

Convenient to office. Breakfast was great. Common areas were clean. Front desk staff were great.

Cons:

I contact the hotel after booking when work told me that I would not travel until the 6th.
HR suggested I call hotel to update them on my adjusted arrival day which I did. I trusted that I did not have to ask the employees name that answered the phone.

On the 6th I was delayed in my local office and HR suggested I let hotel know my arrival time to avoid issue. I called them late afternoon on the 6th and was told you cancelled my booking because I did not show up on the 5th. Clearly the staffperson I have record of speaking with during the call did not enter my new arrival date to avoid my booking being canceled.

My company was aware I bought a non-refundable booking and were ok paying for the extra night at the reduced rate.

Instead, because it was canceled, I charged the original cost of $546.64 and then paid $409.49 at checkout on the 8the for my actual stay so I am out $956.04.

My reservation states that I will only be charged the 1st night by you but I have not received a refund for the remainder of that booking as stated on my account. The hotel confirmed that they marked it as canceled.

They delay in refund is ridiculous since it has been one week/ six business days. You processed the charge within minutes of my booking.

➡️ please advise when I can expect this refund.


The hotel Bathroom especially shower was visibly dirty with hairs on the floor. I went to the store and got cleaning products to wash everything.
The facecloth was black from washing the bathroom floor.

The bed seemed ok but I had the ick.
Bedside light flickering which was concerning. Staff was not concerned.
I left behind a medication cooler and special protein drinks by mistake. I contacted the hotel when I realized it, but my $40 new medicine cooler was not found or turned in by cleaning staff. Manager actually said “I hope you find it” which was ridiculous because I left it there for sure. 🙄🤯

Nice hotel

All in all I would come again
Pros:

Breakfast with very good with several good choices. The beds and pillows were very nice. And was happy to see several towels

Friendly staff but facility needs updating!
Pros:

This hotel needs a makeover. The linen is needing to be replaced in addition to new mattresses.
They are a pet friendly facility but should implement a FIRST FLOOR only policy. The dogs don’t make it down the hallways and elevators.
We had to move to a different room immediately after entering our room upon checkin. It had a strong urine odor upon opening the door.

NICE STAY
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, easy in and out, good breakfast. Perfect for a short stay. Nice rooms. also has nice pool and fitness center which I did not use in my short stay. Highly recommend. it is also close to Bradley International Airport.
