DONT GO HERE! THEY DONT LIKE TO REFUND PEOPLE FOR EMERGENCIES
Pros:

Had a family emergency and manager told me they would refund me. Even booking had reached out to the property about the refund and they didn’t refund me back. The pool is also been closed for weeks. My family told me that. They need to stop false advertising about having a pool that doesn’t even work! THEY ARE LIARS AND JOKE!

Cons:

They don’t have working pool! Rooms are not good at all!! Freezing in the hallways! I don’t recommend anyone coming here!!! If looking for an amazing hotel go to the Marriott across the street! Didn’t receive my refund when they told me they would.

Location/ pretty quiet

Cons:

Staff told my husband my rate through booking was not able to be cancelled. I had paid a premium to cancel up until the day of staying. Paid an extra $50 for the room due to this miscommunication.

This Hampton Inn is always a great place to stay when in the Canton area.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and they were able to accomodate my request for an early check-in.

Cons:

The trash cans had not been emptied from the previous gust.

Poor customer service at the desk. Not friendly at all ...we approached desk and we were not greeted...attendant was inconvenienced by our presence... Interrupted her on her laptop..check out attendant was much better...

Pleasant and very comfortable
Pros:

I was presently surprised with the Hampton inn in Canton. The room was very clean in the bed had a good quality blanket and sheets. The home baked cookies on the arrival made it feel special!
My husband and I also enjoyed a few laps in the pool the next morning and an ample breakfast bar. I will definitely stay at this property when returning to the Detroit area again!

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a hot tub or sauna at this property.
