Recepcionista horroroso
Pros:

El diseño de las habitaciones es bonito y funcional, las camas son cómodas y está limpio

Cons:

Hemos llegado el día día 21Julio por la tarde y el recepcionista de la tarde, es desagradable y poco resolutivo, habíamos reservado 4 habitaciones y en 3 no funcionaba el aire acondicionado en plena ola de calor, en 2 no funcionaba la nevera, en otra la luz del baño, para que el recepcionista nos cambiara de habitación tuvimos que bajar 3 veces a hablar con el, que insistía después de 3 horas en el hotel, en qué el aire era lento, hablando de manera desagradable, en fin un desastre como recepcionista, el hotel debería plantearse el tener a estas personas de cara al público

We had a lovely stay.
Pros:

The pool was a welcome escape from the heat. The location worked well for walking into town. The barn and restaurant was very convenient.

Cons:

We had a couple issues with our room. The bathtub drain was broken. They came to fix it. But it did not work still after they fixed it. The curtains in the room were off a couple of hooks and let light in. We eventually were able to rebook them. There was a very loud party one day.

Pros:

La habitación, baño amplio, dormitorio amplio y muy luminoso. Genial la idea de colocar la cama frente a las ventanas. Zona muy tranquila.

Cons:

El jacuzzi dejo un poco que desear. Había bastantes chorros que no funcionaban, no había toalla ni control de acceso lo cual algunos huéspedes aprovechaban para ampliar el tiempo de reserva.
El desayuno uno de los días fue un poco caótico, creo que los camareros se vieron superados. Si no fuera por eso hubiera estado muy bien, gran variedad de productos.

Não recomendo, pelo preço que cobram pela estadia existem muitos alojamentos com muito mais conforto.

As condições do próprio hotel, nomeadamente rodapés dos quartos e portas danificadas, silicones do duche pretos são alguns exemplos do que um hotel supostamente de 4 estrelas não pode ter
As camas não eram bem feitas, faziam as camas sem puxar os lençóis (inclusive num dia o comando da televisão estava dentro da cama) e só houve um dia em que a funcionária da receção foi simpática. Nos restantes dias, os empregados da receção nem bom dia diziam.

El estilo que tiene el hotel en general es realmente bueno, los pasillos y la recepción tienen un ambiente muy acogedor, limpio y que demuestra calidad y lujo. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias y cómodas, con muebles en buen estado. Ha estado todo de 10. Llegamos reventadas del concierto de Bruno Mars y fue entrar y que la cama nos acogiera después de la resaca emocional que teníamos.

Cons:

Quizás la falta de enchufes a ambos lados de la cama, pero por poner una pega o crítica constructiva.
