Easy but little character.
Pros:

Shuttle service and location. Efficient service.

Cons:

No bar or restaurant. No water in rooms. Hallway noise (gaps around doorframe). Oversize pillows too big for sleeping. Very American.

Our great greeting to Costa Rica
Pros:

Breakfast was the high point of the day. The guy stocking up the food had a veritable cornucopia of Costa Rican fruits that were really amazing: coconuts, bananas, papaya, passionfruit, caimito, guanabana, etc.
I also liked the free shuttle from the airport, and that it took only 5 minutes to get to/from the airport.
We arrived on a midnight flight in, and the shuttle was quick to get us. Along with the fruit at breakfast it was a great greeting to Costa Rica.
