Cons:

my shower went cold then hot then cold then hot; jumpy
gift shop prices like the airport; maybe a little higher.
next room noise - not too loud.
TV for Spanish speakers. Yo, no hablo y no tengo Netflix
no much nearby: Denny's, Casino (with cocktails, thankfully)
Hilton next door: all around scores a little better & it has a restaurant

We stay there 4 times a yr and we enjoy every time and the shuttle service is outstanding.
Pros:

Very very clean on the whole property and the whole staff were very friendly. Location is the best for closeness to SJO.

Comfortable stay near airport.
Pros:

Convienient location if flying out. Timely shuttles. Comfortable room, average breakfast, nice staff. Stayed here many times, but getting very expensive. Price has doubled in 3 years. Still, not higher than most other hotels in the area. Still worth it if you want convenience and comfort.

Cons:

Staff was good, but stuck to their script....no one went out of their way to offer me personal assistance. No restaurant or bar, which was highlighted on their booking site. Restaurant was Dennys and was across the street. Misleading.
