I had a really great stay this time! The hotel was clean and comfortable overall, and the room was well-maintained, making it easy to relax as soon as I walked in. Pleasant stay, with friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, was basic. The room was in need of updating. The bathroom and bedroom didn't really deliver against the ohotos shared on the website. Overall, clean and friendly staff, who were helpful in getting us around Hanoi.

Bathroom was disappointing.

Great central location and easy to walk to main attractions and areas in Hanoi
Pros:

Very central location but still seemed very quiet. We had room on 8th floor and views from 3 windows. Staff were helpful allowing us to store luggage as we arrived early in the morning while we went exploring. They even took myWhatsApp details and contacted me when room was ready
