Great central location and easy to walk to main attractions and areas in Hanoi
Pros:

Very central location but still seemed very quiet. We had room on 8th floor and views from 3 windows. Staff were helpful allowing us to store luggage as we arrived early in the morning while we went exploring. They even took myWhatsApp details and contacted me when room was ready

På alle parametre er meget anbefalelsesværdigt hotel
Pros:

Fantastisk god service fra et smilende og veloplagt personale. Hotellet ligger centralt og i gå-afstand til det meste. Jeg fik et værelse, der vendte væk fra gaden og der var ingen støj på værelset. Morgenmaden var lækker. Det var et helt perfekt ophold!!!!

Well worth the money.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, and went out of their way to look for a solution when I found that my room had a shower that was over the bath, rather than a walk-in shower. I suffer from arthritis, and thought that getting into the shower may have been an issue. They had sourced some kind of step that I could use, although when I came to use the shower, it wasn't as difficult as I thought it might be, so didn't need the step after all. But the offer was there if I needed it!

The location is also great, and is just a 10 minute walk from the lake. Plus being in the Old Town meant there was an abundance of shops, cafés and restaurants everywhere.

A tip is to use the Amap app for getting directions rather than Google Maps, as Google Maps doesn't always get things right! One evening I wanted to go from the hotel to Train Street, and Google Maps said it was a 30 minute walk. So I ordered a Grab instead. But by the time I'd fastened my seat belt, we were almost at my destination! I used Amap to find the journey back, and it showed that it was barely a 10 to 15 minute walk. Consequently, I walked back to the hotel!
