L'effort du responsable de l'hotel pour nous donner les chambres réservées sur BOOKING mais non dans le logiciel de l'hotel.Sur le papier réservation confirmée de 3 chambres de 4 personnes, dans le logiciel 1 seule chambre pour 1 personne. Donc le receptionniste était bien embété et obligé d'appeler son responsable.

Cons:

Cette erreure entre Booking et l'hotel. Ne ne serions pas venu dans la journée mais après la fermeture de la réception,nous n'aurions pas eu eu de logement ?
