This hotel has steadily been gowing down hill for many months. The staff are lovely and entirely professional. I am truly sorry that they are now out of a job.

Reception area was very nice Receptionist was very nice. The grounds are beautiful. All of the outside was lovely and clean
The room was below standard. The bed was absolutely terrible Matress was horrendous you could literally squeeze it with one hand. Would not recommend especially for the price we paid. Really needs updating. The bathroom was mouldy

Good communication Room clean and tidy..
The shower had low pressure . Room overlooked the carpark, very noisy from 6am with people leaving, Due to window being open for air.
i'm disgusted, had friends over to stay for a party. by 9.50 friday night it was all closed up so we couldn't have a drink... breakfast saturuday morning sausage under cooked.... sunday breakfast just warm like the tea.... room full of dust and not very clean,... this hotel use to be amazing I got married there 20yrs ago, but looking around doesn't look like they've done anything since... such a shame as it could be an amazing hotel where it is

Beautiful hotel, nice location and free parking. The room was clean, comfortable bed and good space.
The shower got mould and not proper clean.
Location was good. Staff were excellent. Fresh towels everyday and her made/room tidied. Bed was comfy if a little small. Big car park.
Room was dusty and dirty in corners and between the window and secondary glazing. No toilet roll holder of place to put things in the shower. Cooked breakfast was like warm.
Access not good for mobility issues, 2 steps to main door, 4 steps to reception and dining room.
Easy to find, Plenty of car parking spaces, quick and efficient check in
Let me start by saying, I’ve stayed here a few times so it really suits my needs and I wouldn’t come back if it was bad. Just this time the room was terrible. Stained carpets, curtains didn’t close fully leaving you exposed to a main road tap not secure in bathroom.
