Nice hotel in perfect waterfront location close to everything
Pros:

It is right in the waterfront precinct in the middle of everything. Good breakfast, nice pool, nice room, lots of things to do just a few steps away which is nice in the heat - you don't have to walk far. I like the Darwin lagoon and beach very much. Almost next-door Snapper Rocks restaurant was very nice and supe-convenient.

Honestly, no complaints.

despite a few things about the room that are easy fixes I would definitely consider staying again.
Pros:

Size of room good, decent size fridge. good size desk to work at bed comfortable. Gym was adequate. Being able to get a later check out to 12pm.

Cons:

Shower over the bath and non-slip cover on base of bath looked tatty. toilet roll holder loose. Couch in room had lots of stains on it - so definitely didn't want to sit on it at all! Fridge seemed to have a shelf missing. Only 1 fork and 1 mug provided which was fine as I was the only person staying but this is a double occupancy room, so would have expected 2 of everything.

Location and view excellent. Staff went 'above and beyond' but overpriced for a 'tired' facility.

location great, view excellent. The room and and hotel generally a bit "tired" looking.

Cons:

The fact that the Adina has no accessible one bedroom apartments. The reception staff were great, they searched for an accessible studio and found us one - however we wanted a separate living area and a view (rather than the carpark). It would be great if apartment doors could be latched open to allow wheelchair access. The dishwasher had to be 'nursed' through its cycle.
