Great location and very comfortable
Pros:

The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the location was excellent.

Cons:

The receptionist was not very welcoming and didn't explain about the courtesy bus that took us to the wharf which we found out about afterwards

Fabulous position close to everything on waterfront,walk everywhere!

A very comfortable stay
Pros:

Loved the location in the water front area near ‘beach’ , restaurants and accessible to the wharf area & city with the free bus/shuttle . Sound proof (90%) windows. We booked an apartment with full kitchen and laundry which was a godsend after 2 weeks of constantly moving from one motel to another. Tv in living room and bedroom. Also loved the little balcony for sea breezes and views.

Cons:

Tv was not a smart tv unless connected to phone. Wifi could be a little unreliable. Can be noisy on the balcony because of restaurant below so had to close doors if wanted to sleep. Air conditioning was very cold and had to turn off at times , especially at bedtime. Undercover carpark was a long walk away down corridor and elevator but fortunately indoors.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay apart from interupted sleep
Pros:

The location was central to the waterfront and within walking distance to the city centre and surrounds. The room was clean and comfortable, also the breakfast was enjoyable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my room was right next to the elevator which was noisy, causing interrupted sleep. I thought there could've been complementary water bottles.

Hotel well located but very disappointed with the service and condition of the property.
Pros:

We had a nice room overlooking the waterfront

Cons:

Hotel requires a good upgrade as there are lots of issues maintenance wise like sofa in the lounge being torn shower head could not stay fixed when not using the hand shower. Room was not serviced but had to ask 3 times for towel change and bed make up and empty the rubbish bins. The coffee sugar satchels were not complete had to ask the maid to refill on arrival. restaurant closed except for breakfast. Breakfast staff not customer friendly at all.

They don’t support the Airport Shuttle service…you hsve to book yourself… my bad I chose the Taxi and instead of $25 it
