Would expect more foe the price
Pros:

Local to waterfront, staff were helpful, swimming pool and spa were nice.

Cons:

Room smelt very damp down the very end of the hotel, tried opening the window and balcony but was blasted by the noise of the pub directly below (which opens till 2AM?. Breakfast was average. Cleaning apparently is every 3 days for the rooms so we didnt have any but the halls were not vacuumed for the two days we stayed even though there was bits all over the place. Would expect so much more for price we paid.

Bad start but a great finish.
Pros:

The reception staff were superb and helped us. Once we moved rooms and were given a suite, everything was excellent. Everything we needed after a couple of weeks touring, including a washer and dryer.

Cons:

The original room we were given was badly in need of refurbishment, was not very clean and pokey.

I thought the location was in a perfect spot, walking into Darwin city centre 10 min walk, on the esplanade had fabulous
Pros:

Loved the location ,perfect as we were going on a cruise the next day and we could walk to the terminal, plus there was a shuttle bus from the hotel to the ferry terminus

You have to book the breakfast otherwise they charge you extra $7

Cons:

Room cleaning every 3 days and you have to ask for extra towels . They charge you extra $19 for parking while a convention centre near by charges $5

Overall pretty happy, the location on the waterfront at the edge of the CBD is great. A good vibe.
Pros:

The location is terrific.

Cons:

Room serviced only once in seven days! The very cool .. brrr ...pool was very tired, and sadly only gets about 15 minutes of sun a day!! Not wrapped in the standard of the restaurant offerings, dinner or brekkie, ordered jasmine rice with a curry dish and was served boiled rice, though delivered as jasmine?! However, the set menu lunch was very good! Staff overall were great. Front desk very good.

Good location, staff were friendly but sometimes not understanding, very forgetful when ordering from the restaurant

Good location and the staff were friendly but under staffed. Front counter was way to busy for 2 people

Room wasn’t very clean, there was a musty smell all through the room and on the levels when exiting the elevator. For what I paid the room should have been cleaned every day. Was only cleaned on the second floors day and that was all
