Convenient location
Room was in need of updating: needed the carpet stretched, mold on shower nozzle cleaned, ear swabs from last guest picked up, etc
Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 5:30pm. The room we received was filthy and later changed to another room. Second room was more acceptable, but not for the money spent on the room.
I was very disappointed with the overall condition of this hotel, especially as a Hilton Honors Gold member, where I typically expect a higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. The experience started with the elevators, which were visibly dirty. When I got off on the 4th floor, it was immediately clear that the hallways were in terrible shape—ripped and torn carpet with missing sections, obvious holes in the walls that had been poorly patched, and a dark, dingy atmosphere overall.
Getting into the room using the digital key was actually the one positive part of the stay. It worked easily and seamlessly, which is rare in my experience. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The room itself was extremely dated and worn. The walls were covered in large scuff marks and dirt, the floors were dirty in the corners, and the furniture looked well past an acceptable level of wear for a hotel.
The mattress wasn’t terrible, but the bathroom was just as worn as the rest of the room. There was a smear on the front of the sink counter, yellow condensation stains on the ceiling, and the shower door was covered in rust and scale. Even worse, there were visible boogers in the corner of the shower above the soap tray, and the floor was blackened from foot traffic that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time.
I’m honestly glad this was only a quick overnight stop. I arrived around 11:00 PM and left at 4:45 AM, and I wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer than that. This property is in serious need of deep cleaning, repairs, and updates, and it fell far below expectations for a Hilton-branded hotel.
Opened the car door in the parking lot to the smell MJ. Downhill from there. The room is dark, worn out and dirty. Visible dirt on the carpet looks like it hasn't been vacuumed. Unwilling to walk in the room barefoot. Wallpaper is peeling in the bathroom. Shower surround is cracked. Bedside lamps are broken. Fridge is loud. Toilet leaks and loudly refills every 15-20 minutes. I would recommend avoiding this location. It's the kind of experience that would make someone reconsider the entire brand.
Very clean rooms and excellent staff we were waited on by Jo Anne and Paulina who were very courteous and it’s definitely a place we’d stay at again.
Was desperate to find a hotel that night because our car broke down, auto shops were closed and our last resort was sleeping at a parking lot. The hotel agent wasn’t welcoming, quick and dismissive when we tried to talk and explain, saying that they’re overbooked. I decided to book for the next day(Sunday) and asked if it’s possible to try to get in early and he said no because it’s still Saturday night when it was 1am…such bs and rude.
This had to be one of the dirtiest and dated Hilton properties I have ever been to. From the vile stained couch to the rusted door, holes in the walls, paint on the wallpaper and leaking ceiling in the hallway, I couldn't leave this property soon enough. We were told this was an upgraded "premium" room that we were upgraded to. Yikes!
Horrible!
As a Hilton Gold member that frequently stays at Hilton properties this is the worst dump ever.
The front deck staff is kind and courteous and the room was clean albeit for a room with stained carpet, super loud air conditioning, a toilet did not flush properly ( I had to open the back and pull the ball to make it stop).
The kitchen faucet sounded like firearms if you ran the water beyond a trickle. Bathroom wastebasket in picture was moldy and never cleaned.
The. Hallway had minimal lighting and the dark halls, stained carpet and bad smells were like a poverty tenement.
Trash was not picked up in the hallway for over 3 days. The grass was so long it had not been mowed in weeks. There was trash strewn everywhere outside. See picture of trash by the elevator that was there for two days, still there when we checked out!
Thankfully I was not in a room on the highway side as the noise was so loud.
Breakfast was a joke, cold, watery eggs , few other options and bread was stale.
I would strongly recommend the Board of Health investigate!!
I’m a Lifetime Diamond member and stayed here on Wednesday night. Unfortunately, this property didn’t meet expectations. My room, #326, was labeled as a suite but felt more like a small standard room with a loveseat. The biggest issue, however, is noise — the hotel sits directly next to the highway, and my room was only about 30 feet from it. Trucks and traffic rumbled by all night, making it nearly impossible to sleep.
Service was modest, and I noticed the checkout keys were left piled up at the front desk overnight and still there in the morning, which doesn’t inspire much confidence in housekeeping or management attention.
If you’re a light sleeper, I’d strongly recommend requesting a room on the opposite side of the building or, honestly, choosing a different hotel. I moved to the Holiday Inn & Suites nearby — the room there was three times the size, quieter, newer, and much more comfortable, even though it wasn’t listed as a suite.
Bottom line: convenient location, but too noisy for comfort and not worth the premium price.
Like most Hampton Inn buildings, its well maintained and lots of amenities. The downside was the pool was closed and the grass was way too long to walk my dog. I ended up walking her at the Outback Steakhouse's well groomed grass. Last, but not least, I paid for a king suite and got a 2 queen room which supposedly there was nothing the front desk clerk could do.
Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the blueberry waffle.
staff was great. breakfast was excellent. hotel is dated and in need of an update.
Easy in and easy out. Breakfast was much better than expected...cheese omelette is way better than fake eggs.
Communication, as we had a party of 5 different couples and requested to have rooms close by way in advance but when we got there none of that was done so we were scattered all over and different floors.
Perfect place to stay for all amenities in Lebanon
The site was well located for an overnight stay
Breakfast, location, staff was great
Pull out sofa bed linens dirty and stained, mattress on bed was old and broke down, no ac in hallways and hot in lobby which was terrible while trying to eat breakfast. Fridge in room did not get cold
