The entire staff was very courteous, helpful and just overall great.
I did not like the price and I did ask for a accessible room because my nephew was in a wheelchair and he could not shower, nor close the bathroom door. So we had to go to family member's home in order for him to shower. Otherwise everything else was fine.
The chair and couch are trash. You sit in the chair and look at the ceiling.
If you sit on the couch you can’t get up.
I think they got the furniture from the garbage dump.
Clean and welcoming. From the rooms that were clean well stocked and beautiful to the breakfasts and check in staff…. It was wonderful
I would highly recommend
Location is perfect for getting to the race. In a good area for eating out.
Room needed remodeled and cleaned better. We were on ground level the windows could use a tint so people in parking lot don't see directly in your room. Mold in the shower is not acceptable and the floors could be swept before people arrive . I wish I would have taken a few pictures to include but did not. If you had not reached out I would have never said anything. But since you asked a little paint on the the cabinet would not hurt and a new toilet.
The hotel needs MAJOR upgrades. My bathroom had sooooo much mold (pictures attached).

I was very disappointed in the overall condition of this Hampton Inn. We stayed at four different Hampton Inns in the past eight days. This is by far the worst Hampton Inn that we have every stayed at.
The carpet in the hallways was dirty, worn, buckled and thread bare in places. Walls need new wallpaper or a fresh coat of paint.
The rooms were no better. Carpet was very dirty and very worn. The paint on the walls was peeling off.
There were stains all over the sofa.
Bedspread was grayish instead of white.
We stay at Hampton Inn because there seems to be a consistency of standards. We were very disappointed this this particular Hampton Inn.
At check out we were asked about our stay. After my husband replied "very disappointed ", the employee just asked if we wanted our receipt emailed or printed. She expressed no interest in what the issues might have been.
I did everything the facility told me to do in order to modify my stay through booking.com they even approved it to be modified with booking.com just for them to tell me the day I arrived for my stay that they had put me down for a no show and they had no rooms available. I lost my money and had to book elsewhere last minute all because suddenly per the hotel they didnt allow modifications after they themselves spoke with booking.com and gave approval to modify my stay. I was told the only person who can refund my money is the manager whom never got back with booking.com or myself. I will NEVER in my life again book at a Hampton Inn. If only I had known the last minute hotel I found was not only gonna be cheaper but better as well I could've dodged this bs.
Where do I start? This hotel is very tired and past due for a renovation. Our initial greeting was from a grumpy front desk person and from there it went downhill. Our room was on the 4th floor and broken elevator tile, wrinkled carpet (should have been stretched years ago) and patches on the wall were there to greet us. Upon entering the room, the carpet was wrinkled, stained sofa, a severely weathered chair and just a tired room. Bring a sound machine because the interstate noise is crazy.
Sadly, this was our second stay there and it will be our last. This property doesn’t meet Hilton standards. Corporate should give this place a visit.
Great breakfast...sweet breakfast lady.
Convenient location
Room was in need of updating: needed the carpet stretched, mold on shower nozzle cleaned, ear swabs from last guest picked up, etc
Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 5:30pm. The room we received was filthy and later changed to another room. Second room was more acceptable, but not for the money spent on the room.
I was very disappointed with the overall condition of this hotel, especially as a Hilton Honors Gold member, where I typically expect a higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. The experience started with the elevators, which were visibly dirty. When I got off on the 4th floor, it was immediately clear that the hallways were in terrible shape—ripped and torn carpet with missing sections, obvious holes in the walls that had been poorly patched, and a dark, dingy atmosphere overall.
Getting into the room using the digital key was actually the one positive part of the stay. It worked easily and seamlessly, which is rare in my experience. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The room itself was extremely dated and worn. The walls were covered in large scuff marks and dirt, the floors were dirty in the corners, and the furniture looked well past an acceptable level of wear for a hotel.
The mattress wasn’t terrible, but the bathroom was just as worn as the rest of the room. There was a smear on the front of the sink counter, yellow condensation stains on the ceiling, and the shower door was covered in rust and scale. Even worse, there were visible boogers in the corner of the shower above the soap tray, and the floor was blackened from foot traffic that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time.
I’m honestly glad this was only a quick overnight stop. I arrived around 11:00 PM and left at 4:45 AM, and I wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer than that. This property is in serious need of deep cleaning, repairs, and updates, and it fell far below expectations for a Hilton-branded hotel.
Opened the car door in the parking lot to the smell MJ. Downhill from there. The room is dark, worn out and dirty. Visible dirt on the carpet looks like it hasn't been vacuumed. Unwilling to walk in the room barefoot. Wallpaper is peeling in the bathroom. Shower surround is cracked. Bedside lamps are broken. Fridge is loud. Toilet leaks and loudly refills every 15-20 minutes. I would recommend avoiding this location. It's the kind of experience that would make someone reconsider the entire brand.
Very clean rooms and excellent staff we were waited on by Jo Anne and Paulina who were very courteous and it’s definitely a place we’d stay at again.
Was desperate to find a hotel that night because our car broke down, auto shops were closed and our last resort was sleeping at a parking lot. The hotel agent wasn’t welcoming, quick and dismissive when we tried to talk and explain, saying that they’re overbooked. I decided to book for the next day(Sunday) and asked if it’s possible to try to get in early and he said no because it’s still Saturday night when it was 1am…such bs and rude.
