Pros:

Ηταν όλα εξαιρετικά. Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και πολύ βοηθητικό. Μας εξυπηρέτησαν και με early check in καθώς έβρεχε πολύ την ημέρα την άφιξης μας.
Συνεχής καθαριότητα στα δωμάτια και γενικά πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ !!

Pros:

La habitación fue bastante cómoda y contaba con todo lo que se ofrecía al momento de realizar la reserva. Además, el hotel está ubicado en una zona muy central, desde donde es posible llegar caminando o en pocos minutos en transporte público a varios lugares de interés turístico.

Cons:

Espero que haya sido un caso puntual, pero durante nuestra estadía tuvimos un problema con la bañera, ya que el agua se salía y terminaba inundando el piso del baño, por lo que tuvimos que secarlo nosotros mismos usando toallas, aunque el personal fue muy amable, no se nos dio una solución real al problema.
Se nos mencionó que lo repararían, pero esto nunca ocurrió durante nuestra estancia de tres noche, considero que al menos se nos podría haber ofrecido un cambio de habitación para solucionar la situación.

Pros:

Καθημερινή καθαριότητα στο δωμάτιο. Ευγενικό προσωπικό, με διάθεση να ενημερώσει και να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστεί. Πλήρες και νόστιμο πρωινό και πολύ εξυπηρετικές και ευγενικές οι 2 κυρίες που το φρόντιζαν. Η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη και η στάση του μετρό σε μικρή απόσταση.

Cons:

Ίσως επιλέγαμε να μείνουμε λίγο πιο κοντά στο κέντρο, αν και είναι σχετικά εύκολη η μετακίνηση με το μετρό.

Jederzeit gern wieder genau dieses Wohlfühl-Hotel, danke an das gesamte Team!
Pros:

Hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal vom Empfang bis zu den Reinigungskräften.
Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Raul und Omar von der Rezeption - sie haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns vom ersten Augenblick willkommen gefühlt haben!
Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und -für uns sehr wichtig-sehr sauber und ruhig. Auch an den Betten gab es nichts auszusetzen, die Matratzen waren perfekt.
Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, das angebotene Frühstück war ansprechend angerichtet und bot alles, was für einen guten Start in den Tag nötig ist. Alles wurde immer umgehend nachgefüllt.
Absolut unschlagbar ist die Lage des Hotels - sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar und ansonsten ist die nächstgelegene Metrostation nur 5 min. Fußweg entfernt.

Výborná lokalita, value for money.
Pros:

Výborná lokalita, kousek od dvou stanice metra i zastávek tramvaje a autobusu. Pěší vzdálenost k Sagrada Familia. Milý personál, poněkud nevychovaní někteří hosté, ale s tím hotel nic nadělat nemůže. Vynikající pestrá snídaně.
