Lovely hotel and lovely staff but change the bedding!
Pros:

Good location, lovely staff, very clean

Cons:

Rubber mattress protectors on the bed. How can you sleep on that? Such a nice room and really good facilities but sleeping is the top priority.

Zentrale Lage in Berlin Mitte

Cons:

Mit dem Auto Anreisende seien gewarnt. Das Hotel offeriert zwar eine eigene Tiefgarage, verrät aber nicht, wo die Einfahrt ist; es gibt keine Ausschilderung und ein auch nur kurzzeitiges Halten vor dem Hoteleingang (zum Ausladen oder Klären der Parkmöglichkeiten) ist verkehrstechnisch absolut unmöglich.
Das Personal zeigte leider Unverständnis zu dieser Problematik und war auch mit weiteren nützlichen Hinweisen im Zusammenhang mit dem Hotelaufenthalt sehr zurückhaltend.

Le personnel très accueillant et efficace c'est la troisième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel, et j'y logerai de nouveau lors de mon prochain déplacement à Berlin

Pros:

Rigtig fint ophold i den stille del af Mitte. Tæt på alt og kunne gå til de store seværdigheder. Værelset var stort og rummeligt og morgenmaden var virkelig lækker. Selvom hotellet ligger lige op til en kirke, var vi overhovedet ikke generet af klokkerne.

Konumu güzel , odada sıcak su ısıtıcısı ve bardaklar var. Tuvalette sıcak hava lambası var

Odalar günlük temizlenmiyor . 3 gece konakladım ve bir kere bile temizlemeye gelmediler . Bunu otel çıkışında paylaştım. Önceden söylemem gerekliymiş . Önceden söylemem gerektiğini söylemediler ki 4 yıldızlı bir otel ben neden önceden söyleyeyim ? Otelin bu yaklaşımını hiç mantıklı bulmadım . Bundan dolayı otelin genel olarak temiz olduğunu da düşünmüyorum.
