Pros:

Vriendelijke personeel en schone kamers. Locatie was ideaal. Parkeergarage dichtbij.

It is a hotel in an excellent location, and the €150 per night we paid is a price that offers very good value for what the hotel has to offer. The room was excellent and spacious, with a very nice view.

There is, however, considerable room for improvement, mainly in the bathroom’s aesthetics and in the breakfast service.

We would like to send our regards to Khan at the reception and thank him very much for his impeccable service, friendly attitude, and positive energy.

We would be very happy to stay at the same hotel again when we return to Berlin.

Cerca de todo, personal amable. Nos dejaron entrar a la habitación antes de la hora del check in. Buen desayuno. Habitación limpia y equipada

Ducha incómoda. Si quieres que te limpien la habitación tienes que reservar con antelación.

Vi havde desværre en meget skuffende oplevelse ved ankomsten til hotellet. Receptionisten var ikke særlig imødekommende, og vi måtte vente, mens han talte penge og samtidig ekspederede andre gæster.

Vi havde bestilt to værelser og på forhånd oplyst, at vi havde brug for en babyseng, men fik først ved ankomsten at vide, at der ikke var nogen til rådighed.

Vi havde også bedt om en parkeringsplads, men fik besked om, at der var fuldt booket. E-mailen med denne information modtog jeg først, mens jeg stod og ventede i receptionen.

Vi ankom trætte med et lille barn og ældre forældre og havde forventet en langt mere professionel og venlig modtagelse.
