Adequate. Neither bad enough to complain about nor good enough to remember.
What I find frustrating is how often hospitality now seems to mean offering the same standardised, bare-minimum experience everywhere, with little thought given to making a guest feel genuinely welcome. Housekeeping is a good example: it is increasingly left to guests to ask for their room to be cleaned, or to opt in to a service that used to be routine. I’m sure it’s all in the name of environmental protection… And in the room, there were two vouchers to collect two apples, rather than the apples themselves. It is a small thing, but it says a lot: the gesture is there, yet even that feels one step removed and transactional.
The place was clean, in a good location, and the breakfast was very good.
Die Unterkunft ist prima gelegen. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist auch wie erwartet. Absolut empfehlenswert.
Auf einem der Betten ein schmutziges Bettzeug, wurde aber vom Personal nach dem melden sofort gewechselt und entschuldigt.
Zentrale Lage vieles ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Direkt vorm Hotel hält eine Buslinie.
Fenster öffnen Nachts bei Zimmern zur Straße eher nicht zu empfehlen

Der Barkeeper ist nicht für Kundenkontakt geeignet. Leider sehr überheblich und arrogant.

Die Lage ist großartig! Mittendrin, kurze Wege zu den großen Sehenswürdigkeiten im Ostteil der Stadt. Große Tiefgarage vorhanden.
In unserem Zimmer konnte man das Fenster nicht öffnen, weil der Griff fehlte. Kein Minikühlschrank vorhanden. Klimaanlage war sehr laut, wenn man diese höher gestellt hat.

Rude and poor customer service at reception. Staff only referred us to their iPad, even though two employees were standing at the desk. The same low standard was repeated at check-out, with very little service on offer and, once again, only a reference to the iPads.
The breakfast buffet had plenty of fruit flies in several places, and some of the food didn't look fresh, as if it had been set out many hours before serving.
The rooms are dated, with faulty light fixtures, and are worn and in need of an update.
