Exceptional
Pros:

We were very comfortable. The beds were large and the room was big. Shower was powerful. We stayed in the main shopping area too. With lots of restaurants.
The staff were very obliging and helpful.

Cons:

I think the spa needs to be redecorated. It is very dated.

Pros:

１区にあり、立地は大変便利でした。近くにレストランもあり歩いて行ける距離にお店が沢山あるので助かりました。
また、スタッフさんがどの方も親切で感じの良い方ばかりで初めての滞在でしたが安心しました。
また、是非宿泊したいと思います。

Pros:

Everything. The welcome at reception was a great start. The rooftop bar/restaurant/terrace was spectacular. The attention from all the staff was first class. The pool is elegant and relaxing. The rooms were very comfortable.

Cons:

This is very much nitpicking, but the controls in the shower were tricky, and not mastered by either of us.

Excellent hotel in a great location – highly recommended.
Pros:

Excellent location, very comfortable and spacious room, and exceptionally friendly staff. The pool area was beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Another Pleasant Stay in HCM City
Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of HCM City. Very easy to walk around. The room is spacious and they have given me a quite room at the corner per my request. This is the hotel I usually stay for my business trips in HCM City.

Cons:

WiFi is not working very well at some time.
