Pros:

Ho apprezzato il cibo, cucinato bene e Sempre vario. La pulizia della camera e dei giardini in comune della struttura e la gentilezza di tutto il personale.

Cons:

Se devo proprio trovare una nota negativa, il wifi a volte si scollega e non in tutto il villaggio prende benissimo.

Mit einem anderen Management könnte man einiges verbessern, Mitarbeiter waren generell sehr freundlich!

3 Nächte waren gebucht, davon sind wir 2 mal gegen Aufpreis umgezogen!
Das erste Mal weil sich das Zimmer (Gregoire’s Appartement) außerhalb der Anlage über einer Pizzeria und einem Supermarkt direkt an der Hauptstraße befunden hat! In der Beschreibung steht nichts dass sich das Zimmer über diesen 2 Lokalen befindet.
Und das zweite Mal, weil sich im Dachboden des Garten Zimmers ein Tier befunden hat, dass die halbe Nacht Lärm (Kratzen und Poltern) verursacht hat! Darauf hin wurde uns sofort ein Garten Chalet gratis angeboten, dass wir für die letzte Nacht auch angenommen hatten!

Das Frühstücksbufett war sehr spärlich,
darüberhinaus waren Wurst und Käse ungekühlt! Frisches Brot war sonntags nicht vorhanden, auch nicht nach Anfrage.
Kein Toaster für Toastbrot vorhanden.

Ruhiges Hotel mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Pros:

Eigener Strand, nahe an Restaurants und öffentlichen Stränden, nettes Personal, ruhig gelegen. Mit schöner Poolbar und lockerer, junger Bedienung. Sehr gute Klimaanlage in der Unterkunft

Cons:

Frühstück sehr einfach, kein Toaster zum Toastbrot.
Atmosphäre des Frühstücksraumes wie eine Wartehalle. Keine Handtuchhalter im Bad. Fahrräder besser am Hafen ausleihen, die am Hotel sind sehr alt.

Cons:

Es wurde innerhalb einer Woche Aufenthalt weder Bettwäsche noch Handtücher gewechselt. Die Handtücher waren noch dazu kaputt.
Der Duschablauf war verstopft, die Fugen schimmelten und die Gardinen waren kaputt.

śniadanie beznadziejne , personel słaby niechętny do pomocy, słaby wybór dań cena 30 euro za śniadanie kompletnie bez sensu zapomniano nas poinformować ,że żeby nam posprzątali pokój musimy zostawić klucze. zejście do łazienki to kaskaderski wyczyn. podczas transferu z promu zgubili nasza walizkę nikt się nie zorientował nawet nie przeprosił.....pokoje w żółtym domku to jest poziom w którym nie da się mieszkać :brak szafy ,miejsca ,klimatyzator nad samym łóżkiem nie da się spać rano pracownicy idąc do pracy tworzą taki gwar ,że nie da się spać .....wszystko słychać z zewnątrz i wewnątrz domku.....brrrrr

The guys at the pool were awesome!

Cons:

Our stay at La Digue Island Lodge has been very disappointing and far below expectations.

We are currently in our THIRD room due to multiple issues. We have experienced cockroaches and even a large lizard inside the room during bedtime for our baby. The rooms are not properly sealed (gaps under doors and broken panels), making it very easy for insects and animals to enter.

Cleanliness is also an issue. The general standard of cleaning is poor, and combined with the insects and broken fittings, it does not feel like a well-maintained hotel.

The bathroom smells constantly of sewage/urine. When we reported it, the staff simply sprayed cleaning products instead of fixing the underlying problem.

We have been to reception around 10–15 times during our stay with different issues, yet the only compensation offered has been two cocktails. Reception staff have generally been unhelpful and at times dismissive, even telling us that these issues are “normal when staying in nature”.

A small but telling example: we were told that water bottles would be refilled in the room. After four days, nothing had been refilled. When we asked reception, we were told we should have asked housekeeping ourselves – which should not be the guest’s responsibility.

The arrival experience was also poor. We were asked to sign documents and pay an environmental fee (around 1,400 SCR) without proper explanation. When we asked to go to the room quickly because our baby needed air conditioning after a long journey, we received a sarcastic response instead of help.

The food and drinks at the hotel are also overpriced for what you get. Just 100 meters away, you can eat much better and cheaper at Le Repaire, where even coffee is included in breakfast – something you have to pay extra for at the hotel.

Overall, this has not felt like good value for money at all, especially considering the price we paid. The only positive mention goes to the pool bar staff, who were friendly and welcoming.

Wir haben nichts aber auch gar nichts positives gefunden

Strand voll mit seegrass.wird nicht geräumt.auch im Wasser schmutzig.Wenn man vom Strand zum Pool wollte musste man über eine Treppe klettern natürlich ohne Geländer,die erste stuffe ca.1 m hoch.Frühstück miserabel.Zimmer alt und schimmlig.Wir haben eine Suite mit 2 Zimmer am Strand.Möbel alt und kaputt.Aus der Klimaanlage kommt ein schimmliger Geruch.Service leider nicht gesehen.
