Please note the published rates for half board, full board and all inclusive stays on 25 and 31st December include a mandatory supplement for the gala dinner held on that evening.

The cleaning is done on alternate days, for more information please contact the hotel reception.

The rooms in Grand Muthu Golf Plaza Hotel will no longer have free use of the kitchen area. All the customers, who wish to use the kitchen, must request it at the reception and pay a fee of 5€ per day for the whole stay, uninterruptedly. We will continue to offer the facility of a fridge and some utensils outside the kitchen area.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

En su día fue un 5 estrellas. Ahora no.
Pros:

El personal es lo mejor. Todos muy amables. Buen desayuno y buenas instalaciones. Tal vez más un 4 estrellas que un 5 estrellas.

Cons:

La cena. Era terrible. Deja mucho que desear. Sin gusto, sin gracia. Deja mucho que desear y es mas un 3 estrellas de calidad baja. Lo curioso es que con el mismo producto podría estar bueno. Cambien al chef con urgencia!

El maravilloso trato personal nos salvo durante la estancia
Pros:

Me encantó la atención del personal y la animación de piscina, el buffet, aunque no era enorme tenía mucha variedad todos los dias

Cons:

La tarjeta llave daba fallos constantemente, aunque el personal de mantenimiento y de conserjería se portaron de maravilla para solucionarlo en todo momento.

Buena estancia
Pros:

En general bien , la comida muy bien la camada era cómoda y las habitaciones bastante grandes. Los profesionales que trabajan allí muy competentes.

Cons:

Algo descuidado y con poco mantenimiento . La playa estaba retirada y de piedras bastante pequeña . El todo incluido estaba bien pero las bebidas eran marca blanca no esperes que te pongan nada de lo conocido.

Wir haben die Auswahl bereut, der Geruch im Zimmer unmöglich - ohne Parfüm schlafen nicht möglich

Das Zimmer hat gestunken wie eine Kloake, wir haben dann unser Parfüm benutzt. Das Bad hatte Schimmel an der Decke. Ich vermute, dass aus der Klimaanlage unsaubere Luft kommt, (Ungewissheit ob auch Schimmel dabei ist). Dieses Gefühl bei diesem Geruch im Zimmer, hat bereits alles kaputt gemacht. Der Schrank funktionierte nur die Mitteltür. Überraschend war dann das kurze Frühstück, jedoch wurden Spiegeleier 15 Minuten vor Öffnung 7:30 gebraten. Ich habe mir frische geben lassen. Für die weiteren Gäste kalt. Brötchen waren wiederum sehr gut.

La comida está muy buena tienen de todo.
En la parte de los snack siempre hay variedad y están reponiendo.

Cons:

Para lo grande que es el complejo la piscina es pequeña. Si quieres conseguir una tumbona tienes que ir justo cuando abren la piscina. Si vas más tarde es muy probable que no encuentres un sitio.
Si quieres descansar pues este NO ES TU HOTEL ya que es bastante ruidoso ... Principalmente la piscina que parece que estás en Ibiza con la música a todo volumen.
Pero bueno pagamos 300€ por un todo incluido un finde... Sabíamos que no íbamos a ver a los Reyes paseando por ahí.
Muchos de los comentarios negativos que tiene este hotel los responsables son los clientes que no respetan las normas y son incívicos

Las cinco estrellas le queda muy grande.
Pros:

Las habitaciones eran grandes, pero un poco chafada la antigua.

Cons:

Con respetar la calidad precio la verdad que no vale la pena es un Hotel demasiado grande como muchísimas habitaciones y lo que son las instalaciones en común son muy pequeñas un comedor muy pequeño para tanta gente y lo mismo ocurre con la piscina y el bar piscina no tenían una buena animación haciendo un Hotel familiar y tampoco tenían tanta variación de comida en el buffet como uno espera en un Hotel que supuestamente es de cinco estrellas.
En la foto el Hotel aparenta muy bonito con una gran piscina y un gran buffet, pero a la hora de la verdad las dimensiones que tienen esas zonas comunes la verdad que no corresponde con la cantidad de habitaciones que hay en ese Hotel.
Iba para despejarme un fin de semana y acabé agobiándome de ver tanta gente en un en unas instalaciones comunes, muy pequeñas.
