Please note that the property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

Please note the published rates for half board, full board and all inclusive stays on 25 and 31st December include a mandatory supplement for the gala dinner held on that evening.

The cleaning is done on alternate days, for more information please contact the hotel reception.

The rooms in Grand Muthu Golf Plaza Hotel will no longer have free use of the kitchen area. All the customers, who wish to use the kitchen, must request it at the reception and pay a fee of 5€ per day for the whole stay, uninterruptedly. We will continue to offer the facility of a fridge and some utensils outside the kitchen area.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

Lovely hotel food very nice.

Pros:

We had an apartment opposite the pool bar on the ground floor so the terrace was very big.
We were in close proximity to pool restaurant etc which was good also. We upgraded to all inclusive for the one full day we were there which is handy to know that uou can do if you wish.
Breakfast was fairly varied and there were plenty of salad items at lunch and dinner. I actually preferred the meat choices at lunch and wish I'd eaten more then!
Being able to watch planes was our priority and that didnt disappoint.

Cons:

The food. It was abysmal considering it is advertised as 5*. The food was below 3*. Every meal consisted of elements of left overs from the previous. Ok so we only had 1 day of it, but im thankful it was only that. The dinner buffet had one meat dish which was a stew of tiny chicken nibblets if you could find any. There was fresh fried fish cooked with the scales on it seemed. I nearly choked. I'd go back but not AI.

Pros:

Nada esta bastante deteriorado el hotel,puertas rotas,paredes rajadas y agrietadas,clavos salientes en las puertas....

Todo estaba limpio, el hotel tiene buenas vistas

Cons:

No me gustó que en los tres días que estuvimos hospedados no vino el servicio de limpieza, el personal no es muy cercano excepto una chica rubia que trabaja en recepción, ella si fue agradable y cercana

Pros:

La piscina la tranquilidad y sobre todo el personal que trabaja en el hotel, excelente.

Cons:

Con el todo incluido los horarios deberian cambiar. Deberia ser despues de desayunar y de almorzar que hubiera algo de comer ya que cuando entre eran las 4 de la tarde y solo habian bebidas.

Pros:

Toller spa Bereich der allerdings extra kostet die junior Suite war groß aber leider alles sehr alte Möbel

Cons:

Das essen wir nichts besonderes und wiederholte sich immer für ein 5 Sterne Hotel hatten wir mehr erwartet
Der Flugzeug Lärm ist schon lästig
Gut für Familien mit Kindern die spielen möchten nicht für Entspannung und Ruhe

Pros:

Piscina y personal agradable. Desayuno muy variado y muy bueno.
Gran espacio de la habitación y gran terraza.
Si necesitas un hotel con todo incluido es el perfecto.

Cons:

Limpieza escasa en las habitaciones, pasan un día si un día no (nunca en un 5 estrellas lo había visto). Las habitaciones muy amplias pero muy degradado los muebles de tanto uso, la grifería con mucha cal y partes oxidadas.

El trato del personal.

Cons:

Nos enfermamos los tres adultos y la niña de 5 años con vómito y diarreas los dos últimos días de los cuatro de estancia en el hotel. En recepción nos dijeron que no tenían ninguna otra incidencia por la alimentación. Nos fuimos bastante desencantados.

We hebben genoten!
Pros:

De 6-persoons kamer was fantastisch, zeer ruim en prachtig balkon. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam en we hebben genoten van all inclusieve. Heerlijk eten.

Cons:

We vonden de muziek bij de zwembadactiviteiten aan de harde kant. Dit had wel minder gemogen, vooral omdat we dat op onze kamer ook luid konden horen.
