Ok, aber nicht noch mal….
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut

Cons:

Eine lockere Toilettenbrille wurde von uns beanstandet und es hieß, man würde es reparieren….es ist leider nichts passiert. Das Haus roch sehr muffig und in den Zimmern war alles sehr veraltet.

Pros:

Hotel und Restaurant sind ein Kleinod! So viel Pracht findet man heute selten. Klein, persönlich. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Und dass man zum Frühstück einen eingedeckten Tisch mit allem, was das Herz begehrt, bekommt, das haben wir, glaube ich, noch nie erlebt!

Wonderful stop in the mountains to explore the region.
Pros:

We were delighted to be given a wonderful room with a spa pool in the courtyard, lovely spacious lounge room and very comfortable bed. The staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. We loved the location in the mountains, quiet and with great views. It made a great base for going out to explore the region including Bolzan and local wine region.

Incredible value for money. Amazing staff.
Pros:

Amazing staff, super helpful and attentive. The room was huge and had a beautiful deck at the back with a day bed and hot tub. Incredible food at the restaurant and at breakfast.

Struttura molto bella, ristorante buono e colazione eccellente, ti danno anche la possibilità di averla in camera se preferisci. Abbiamo prenotato anche il trattamento hammam di coppia, la beauty terapist è stata bravissima e davvero gentile. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, lo staff ti coccola e si prende cura di ogni tua esigenza.

Cons:

Le camere per quanto belle e spaziose, sono un po’ datate. Non c’è aria condizionata, quindi per dormire freschi abbiamo dovuto tenere le finestre aperte e ci siamo svegliati per la troppa luce poco dopo l’alba.

Hotel con camere ampie e ben arredate; alcune sono dotate di Jacuzzi esterna e sauna interna. Nel giardino dell'hotel c'è un laghetto artificiale molto grazioso. Complimenti al sig. Haroon Riaz, che durante il check-in, ci ha accolto con professionalità e gentilezza ed alla sig.ra Mara altrettanto gentile e professionale durante la colazione ed il check-out

Necessiterebbe di un po' di manutenzione, gli anni si iniziano a far sentire; inoltre, vicino al letto, da entrambi i lati, non esistono prese per la ricarica dei cellulari
