I liked that the rooms were quiet, and there was no noise coming from the other rooms above or besides. Very quiet location.

Cons:

Daily room cleaning was a bit of a hit and miss. Also some is my shoes packaging that was not put in the bin, was taken and thrown away from my room, which was disappointing.
Also the shower had no power in the water jet, which made taking showers twice as long. The hair dryer also kept cutting out if on the highest temperature. Having a bath was nice, but I had no time to take a bath. Overall I think bathrooms could do with an upgrade.

SPORCIZIA INACCETTABILE E PERSONALE ALLA RECEPTION DI UN’ARROGANZA SCONCERTANTE

Un’esperienza disgustosa, resa ancora peggiore dall’atteggiamento vergognoso della receptionist Cristina.

Ho soggiornato presso il Best Western BHR di Quinto di Treviso nella notte tra il 23 e il 24 ottobre 2026 e ritengo doveroso raccontare quanto accaduto, affinché altri clienti sappiano cosa potrebbero trovarsi davanti.

La sera, mentre mi preparavo per andare a dormire, ho sollevato le lenzuola e ho trovato capelli nel letto. Ero estremamente stanco e, anziché affrontare nel cuore della notte la seccatura di richiedere un cambio di camera, ho deciso di dormire sull’altro lato del letto.

La mattina seguente, osservando meglio, ho scoperto qualcosa di ancora più disgustoso: altri peli che, per aspetto e posizione, erano inequivocabilmente riconducibili a peli pubici.

Una situazione semplicemente rivoltante. In un albergo che dovrebbe garantire standard professionali di igiene, trovare tracce del genere tra le lenzuola è qualcosa che non dovrebbe accadere MAI.

Ma il peggio doveva ancora arrivare.

Al check-out ho segnalato l’accaduto con assoluta tranquillità alla receptionist, Cristina, mostrandole anche una fotografia.

Non stavo chiedendo rimborsi, sconti o trattamenti di favore. La camera era già stata pagata. Volevo semplicemente segnalare una situazione igienica indecente, nella convinzione che una struttura seria avrebbe quantomeno manifestato dispiacere e preso in considerazione la segnalazione.

La risposta della signora Cristina è stata invece sconcertante:

«Doveva dircelo ieri sera. Evidentemente le è andato bene dormire lì.»

Rimango ancora incredulo davanti a una simile risposta.

Quindi, secondo questa receptionist, se un cliente, esausto dopo una giornata impegnativa, decide di non cambiare camera nel cuore della notte, significa che accetta tranquillamente di dormire in un letto nel quale ha trovato capelli e peli altrui?
