Stay at not so Royal Benja hotel.
Pros:

Dat je dicht in het centrum zit, op loopafstand van al het gebeuren. Het personeel is vriendelijk maar heb niet de indruk dat je goed begrepen wordt als je een probleem voorlegt.

Cons:

De bedden vielen tegen, deze zijn heel hard en slapen niet fijn. De afvoer in de badkamer was een drama, deze was vanaf dag 1 verstopt en dit is meerdere malen doorgegeven, uiteindelijk kregen wij een andere kamer waarna na een nacht het zelfde probleem zich weer voordeed....

I think the price i paid for the property is too much.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent, location is ok.

Cons:

Wifi is very slow and the maintenance was too loud in our room, we complained and they stopped it immediately.

If you want a hotel just to sleep is good .

The fridge was not working . The room was dirty and old. The shower did drained properly. The breakfast was not that good .

Good value
Pros:

Nice spacious rooms but the shower wasn’t great. We had adjoining rooms which made it very handy when travelling in a larger group.

There wasn’t much at breakfast for us but we are quite fussy eater so that just comes down to preference.

I would be happy to stay here again, it is in a good location.
