Le personnel en charge des bagages est exceptionnel .
Le confort du lit .
Une vue exceptionnelle sur la ville .
La propreté .

Cons:

L'accueil à la réception non personnalisé .
L'anglais compris est approximatif .
Pas d'effort pour un check in plus tôt après un vol de 14 et une perte de bagage .
A la demande d'un kit de toilette la dame nous a dit le 7 eleven n'est pas loin . Nous demandons un service dans un 4 étoiles pas dans un 2 ni un 1 ....
La qualité globale du services à l'accueil est à améliorer . C'est pourtant la vitrine de l'hôtel .

Ligging dichtbij centrum en skytrain

Cons:

Heel oud en vies. Super gehorig. Heel veel mensen komen midden in de nacht terug van buiten en houden geen rekening met anderen. Er werd niet schoongemaakt alleen bed werd opgemaakt en handdoeken verwisseld.

عدم الاهتمام للأشخاص اللذين يحجزون عن طريق بوكينج وعدم التعاون مع عملاء بوكينج حيث اني أبلغتهم بأنني ارغب بالحصول على غرفتين متصلتين وتم إفادتي من قبل موظفين الاستقبال وقالو لي تواصل مع بوكينج دعهم يوفرون لك طلبك إذا لم تعجبك الغرفة اذهب إلى فندق آخر علماً بأنني كنت احجز فالسابق بنفس الفندق وعن طريق اشخاص متواجدين هناك كان تعاملهم بأفضل من ان احجز عن طريق بوكينج ولا اعلم لماذا يتعاملون بأسلوب غير لائق لعملاء بوكينج ولن أعيد الحجز مره أخرى
