Se le cae una estrella
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, calle peatonal con vida, hay al lado buses y tranvías. Limpieza ok, habitación normalita para ser Deluxe pero era amplia. Desayuno bien pero sin destacar, la fruta cortada estaba siempre en un bol mezclada y no hay descafeinado.

Cons:

Se le cae una estrella. Te cobran nada más llegar (detalle feo), cama dura, baño y lavabo pequeño para ser habitación Deluxe, no hay café descafeinado y tazas infusión pequeñas, no tiene bar/restaurante (son 4 ⭐), fruta mezclada en bol, solo pan molde y panecillos blancos.

Perfect location
Pros:

Perfect location in a super safe area, and lots of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Overall the stay was great, but it surprised me that fpr the proce and hotel range there weren't basic toiletries in the bathroom, like shampoo.

Very clean room and pleasant stay
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious. The room was really spacious and everything was super clean. The location was also perfect. Didn’t hear any noise but close enough to tourist sites and public transportation. Only a 10 minute walk to the express airport shuttle (literally just have to ride one stop)

Cons:

The communication with the staff was not ideal. I had to change my reservation to a double room because my mom was able to join me last minute, but we had a lot of trouble getting a clear answer from the hotel as to whether this was possible and how much it would cost

The bathroom having a shower curtain instead of a glass shower screen, which I found disappointing for a 4-star hotel.
