No air con and smelly bathroom for days on end

Great location and nice decor, breakfast was fine

Cons:

Our room had a bad smell in the bathroom (we think it was the fan) and the air con didn’t work. We notified reception on two consecutive days and were told it had gone but the problems had not been fixed. They had just used air freshener as a few hours later the smell came back, and when we went down to talk about the air con they said the unit was connected to a different room and the other room had heating on so we couldn’t use the air con. The room was hot and stuffy and we couldn’t sleep. When we checked out they didn’t even apologise or offer a discount. Very poor service, wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone

Très bon hôtel, je recommande l'expérience
Pros:

La chambre est très spacieuse et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très varié. Le personnel est très agréable. La situation géographique est exceptionnelle. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel, très bonne surprise !

Struttura molto carina e pulita. Posizione ottima.
A seguito di una piccola incomprensione sulla tipologia di camera, lo staff si è dimostrato super disponibile e gentile, accompagnandoci in stanza.

Cons:

Letti e cuscini non troppo comodi. Colazione non molto varia.

Pas du tout de bruit le soir.
Chambre confortable, salle de bains moderne
Petit déjeuner brunch très copieux.

Ein rundum toller Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Die Lage ist (für den Preis vor allem) wirklich unschlagbar. Ein sehr schönes Hotel, das Zimmer war sauber und auf Nachfrage habe ich auch einen Wasserkocher bekommen. Das Frühstück war überschaubar und für jeden war was dabei, alles frisch und lecker. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, das Personal hat uns nett empfangen und kam uns bei Fragen immer zur Hilfe. Das Wlan war 1A, ich hatte während meines Aufenthalts zwei Seminare über Zoom und konnte problemlos an ihnen teilnehmen. Sollte ich die Stadt nochmal besuchen, steht die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall schon fest☺️ Natürlich hat man bei offenem Fenster einen etwas höheren Geräuschpegel gehabt, das sollte einem aber auch klar sein wenn man sich für ein Hotel mitten in der Innenstadt entscheidet. Ich empfand es nie als störend.

Cons:

In meinem Zimmer gab es ein kleines Problem mit der Spülung, manchmal hat sie nicht direkt funktioniert. War aber nicht hochdramatisch.
