Pros:

Dimensione camera, gentilezza all’ accoglienza, ottima fornitura prodotti bagno e salviette.

Cons:

Difficile da raggiungere con mezzi pubblici che a Firenze non sono frequenti. Inoltre non si possono lasciare i bagagli né prima del check in ( ovvero dalle 14 in poi) né dopo check out ( dopo le 10 ). Il servizio è gestito da hotel stessa gestione ma ubicato in centro e quindi piuttosto fuorimano. Gentili e carini, ma molto scomodo. Andrebbe segnalata che la struttura è un primo piano senza ascensore, questo per chi ha difficoltà anche nello spostamento bagagli.

Staff eccellente, ma la camera necessita di alcune migliorie

Il punto di forza è stato sicuramente lo staff della reception: i ragazzi sono stati gentilissimi, permettendoci di lasciare gli zaini presso il loro hotel partner al nostro arrivo. Anche la gestione del self check-in è stata efficiente: nonostante un piccolo problema iniziale con il codice del locker, ci hanno fornito immediatamente una stanza alternativa.
La posizione è ottima per visitare il centro.

Cons:

La struttura presenta dei margini di miglioramento. La porta d’ingresso è una porta-finestra con veneziane troppo strette rispetto al vetro, compromettendo sia la privacy (essendoci altre stanze sullo stesso piano) sia il buio totale. Inoltre, il lucernario non è oscurabile, rendendo la stanza molto luminosa già dalle prime ore del mattino. Nota sulla pulizia: abbiamo riscontrato macchie sia sul comodino che sulla moquette.

Reception assente (check-in in self-service, ma se non fate chiamata vocale via whatsapp non rispondono ai messaggi), i gestori non hanno fatto presente che non c'è l'ascensore, a nessuno è venuto in mente di proporre un cambio stanza al piano terra neanche dopo avermi visto fare 30 scalini con le stampelle, angolo cottura col cartello "out of order" ma ce ne siamo accorti quando eravamo già in stanza, nessuno ci ha avvisato prima, parcheggi solo a pagamento su strisce blu., zero privacy nel bagno che ha la finestra senza tende proprio sulle scale esterne. Consiglio a quelli dopo di me di mettere il cartello fuori alla porta "do not disturb" perché altrimenti entrano a prescindere nella stanza per rifarla

Πολύ καλή επιλογή κοντά στο κέντρο

Πολύ άνετο δωμάτιο καθαρό και προσεγμένο. Εύκολο check in και μας εξυπηρετησαν όταν έπρεπε να αφήσουμε τα πράγματα μας νωρίτερα. Μείναμε 2 βραδιά και μπήκαν από την πρώτη μέρα για καθάρισμα και ανεφοδιασμό.

Cons:

Η τοποθεσία έχει περπάτημα για το κέντρο αλλά υπάρχει διαθέσιμη στάση λεωφορείου κοντά. Ήμασταν 3 άτομα και ενώ είχε πετσέτες στην ντουλάπα δεν υπήρχε σεντόνι για να στρώσουμε στον καναπέ. Δεν ήταν λειτουργική η κουζίνα (δεν τη χρειαστηκαμε όμως). Η τιμή δεν περιελάμβανε το φόρο διαμονής και μπερδευτηκαμε με τη διαδικασία. Τίποτα αξιόλογο για κακή κριτική

A complete disappointment
Pros:

Booking.com support actually refunded us after we ́left the hotel prematurely because of the unsanitary conditions.

Cons:

There were flies swarming the room, we had to leave the room early. The bathroom had a water issue, it was quickly flooded.

Stanza pulita e assistenza veloce

Arrivo contatto numero mi chiedono di pagare tassa di soggiorno e documento.Fatto richiamo mi mandano numero per aprire cassetta chiavi provo ma non si apre.Ritelefono mi danno un nuovo numero si apre ma non ci sono le chiavi ,telefono di nuovo mi dicono che mandano qualcuno con le chiavi.Mi chiama la moglie esco per rispondere finita la telefonata faccio per entrare e vedo uno con scritto staff che va via.per fortuna distinto provo aprire la cassetta e trovo le chiavi .Bagno senza tende messo un asciugamano moquette entrata molto sporca

Quarto agradável e ambiente muito limpo

Gostamos muito do quarto, limpo e agradável, quarto funcional e com ar condicionado.

Atendimento muito bom na chegada e saída do hotel.

Cons:

Localização ficou um pouco longe, uns 20 minutos a pé do cento de Florença.
