Exceptional from the moment I arrived. Rebecca was professional and efficient. The young gentleman, who was a jack of all trades, brought my luggage to the room and greeted me most days at breakfast. The breakfast was fantastic. Most of all, the view was incredible! Ate dinner there as well and the presentation and taste of the food was exceptional. The cleaning staff kept the room in perfect condition. Sam was most helpful with information about the area and someone whom you just enjoyed talking to. This will be my go-to place when I am in the area again.

The member of staff I met, I think she was called Sam, was superb, behind reception, the bar and serving breakfast.
Very chatty smiley and a credit to the hotel. The room upgrade was lovely and appreciated. It was an old building and the atmosphere embraced that and it did not try to be anything it wasn't which was refreshing. Very reasonably priced in comparison to other hotels and guest houses in the area. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
If I am being picky the full English could have had a bit more maybe 2 or everything, however it was very nice.

A reggeli választéka szűkös, de megfelelő pár napra. Az előre fizetés kapcsán adódott gondokat a szállásadó nagyon rugalmasan kezelte, ezért külön köszönet nekik! Taxi rendelésben is segítenek. Kávé és tea készítési lehetőség a szobában.
A zuhanyzóban a víznyomás alacsony és a zuhanytálcából a víz kifolyása nagyon lassú. A folyosón a lépcsőkön a padlószőnyeg koszosnak látszik, lehet, hogy csak foltos. Nincs hűtő vagy minibár a szobában. A meleg reggeli csak 8 órától elérhető, ez elég kései egy üzleti úton.
