Amazing staff! Clean rooms and facilities. Breakfast buffet was beautiful!
Pros:

Was good value for money! We loved the breakfast buffet! My girls enjoyed the pools. Overall we loved our two night stay and will definitely come again!

Cons:

Wouldve been nice if there was a microwave in our room.

Pros:

Heat pump worked easily and heated the roomup fast, laundry was clean and everything worked, great shower pressure and ample hot water, room was large. comfortable and clean. Resturaint was great. Large TV

Li.ited viewing on TV. Access to mo is channels would have been appreciated now that it is getting dark early.

The rooms were clean and plenty of parking available

Cons:

A few pillows smelled like sweat so we didn't use them.
The water supply was turned off without any notification. Unfortunately, I was in the shower at that time and the water was not turned on even after the reception and maintenance crew were aware I was still in shower with body wash on. I had to wait for 25 minutes for the water to be turned back on. This is the most unprofessional conduct from a hospitality industry. The staff at the hotel acted like it was nothing major and a typical day.
Breakfast was OK, not a lot of options for Vegetarians and for people who do not eat beef. I would had preferred baked beans daily instead of every second day.

The tour buses & their loud noisey tourists, talking loudly outside our room, early in the morning - no respect or thought for other residents within the facility...
