Excellent 4 night break in a lovely place.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful location within easy walking distance of Shanklin village. Beautiful gardens. Excellent breakfast and evening meal. Easy parking.

Cons:

Unable to open bathroom window. Games room too dark to play a serious table-tennis match.

Beautiful room, great service and staff.
Pros:

My room was stunning as was the view.
Comfortable bed, great food and service.
Room and hotel very clean
Undergoing a refit in many areas but disruption to patrons minimal if at all.
Both shift managers were extremely helpful with local places to walk/ visit
Highly recommend staying here

Pleasant and comfortable, good outside area and great staff.
Pros:

Staff very professional and extremely helpful. The hotel was very clean and the location was very good for all shops and attractions in Shanklin. Breakfast was tasty and well presented. Would recomment.

Cons:

Not very much, but did think the swimming/sauna area should have its own entrance as opposed to coming through the bar area.

Beautifully located hotel, plenty of facilities for the whole family, wonderful staff.
Pros:

We upgraded to sea view room as the view from the hotel is fantastic - 180 degrees sea view and beautiful gardens and outdoor pool. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. they were very helpful with booking the ferry and indications for electric car charging.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been slightly richer with cold ingredients such as ham, cheese and vegetables.

This place is a little gem, very well looked after.
Pros:

Our room was modern and the beds we’re comfortable
We loved our sea view and the lovely gardens
We had dinner in the restaurant in the evening and The food was all homemade. Portions were generous but not too much. We asked for bread and they brought nice fresh bread and butter. Breakfast was lovely too.
There is a new games room in the basement and a nice tropical pool with jacuzzi and sauna. This place is a little gem.
We got free passes for the Chine gorges which are lovely.

Highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

Clean, Amazing view , good location, have fun at games room ☺️ , friendly atmosphere. Close to Amaizing Chinese park . Definitely come back

Very poor would not recommend it was definitely not worth the price, especially with no breakfast included.

Cons:

Very dated, tatty and not clean.
No water to fill up kettle and the kettle was too big to fill up in the bathroom basin which was very unhygienic, we had to use a glass to fill it up from the tap.
The towels provided were so old and frayed and discoloured as so old.
The bar area was not relaxing as people were waking through in their dressing gowns from the pool also a lot of through traffic from the people in the sister hotel that just wanted to use the pool.
The toilet was dirty when we arrived.

Short 1 overnight stay
Pros:

I loved how friendly and helpful all staff were. I was lucky enough to have pool and hot rub to myself so that was even more a treat! In my room i had a bath with jets i wasnt expecring so was a lovely surprise. Great seaviews and wonderful food. Definitely the relaxation i needed after a stressful few day. I cant wait until i can return!
