Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very close to the central train station, and there is a metro stop just about 100 meters away, which made transportation very convenient.

The rooms were clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always helpful. They made us feel very welcome throughout our visit.

Thank you for everything. If I come back to Milan again, I would definitely choose to stay here again.
