物超所值
Pros:

员工超级好，有礼貌、有耐心。卫生环境不错，房间内有专门准备的苹果和水。设施齐全，使用方便，几乎没有缺点。

Cons:

个人不喜欢网络验证式的WiFi，但是网速很快。家具和设备略微有点旧了，但是不影响使用。

Hotel znajduje się blisko dworca, jest bardzo dobre połączenie z centrum miasta, głównymi zabytkami, czy innymi miejscowościami. Myślę, że jest to atut tego hotelu. Jest komfortowy i gustownie urzadzony. W okolicy czułyśmy się bardzo bezpiecznie, dostałyśmy klucz- kartę do pokoju. W hotelu działała całonocna recepcja, można było wracać do obiektu o każdej porze bez problemu. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany, wymieniano też ręczniki, klimatyzacja, wi-fi, telewizja, działały bez zarzutu. Bardzo profesjonalna obsługa, rzetelna, pomocna i kompetentna. Super obsługa na recepcji. Czekała nas niespodzianka w postaci kartki powitalnej, bonu na wieczorny drink i potem makaron na koniec wizyty- było to bardzo sympatyczne i miłe. Doceniamy bardzo takie gesty. Sam pokój był mały, ale bardzo wygodny, czysty, można było zrobić sobie herbatę czy kawę po powrocie,w łazience był zestaw kosmetyków. Świeże i smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania serwowane w formie bufetu. Dla każdego coś się znalazło. Obsługa podczas śniadania wyśmienita- pozdrawiamy bardzo panią Jezzę, dziękujemy za dobre słowo każdego dnia i wprowadzanie dobrej atmosfery. Wszyscy życzliwi, dyskretni, pomocni. Idealnie!!! Dziękujemy bardzo za pobyt.

地點很棒, 離中央車站5分鐘路程, 飯店乾淨

Cons:

浴室設計不良, 淋浴後水潑到地板造成濕滑, 家人還在浴室滑倒, 幸好沒有受傷, 另外, 飯店可能比較老舊, 浴室吹風機是固定在牆上的但無法使用, 需要下樓跟前台領取其他的吹風機

Great stay, super friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Super friendly, helpful and responsive staff. We were offered complementary drink and a free room upgrade on arrival. Great location… a few hundred metres from central station. Also provided free luggage storage as our flight was late in the day. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

The hotel is great and is near the metro/train station. Staff are efficient.
I would like to recognize Ms Jezza at the dining area who is very courteous, friendly and accommodating. She knows what she is doing to satisfy the needs of customers.

Cons:

Our room is a little bit cramped for 4 persons. We should have opted for 2 rooms instead of single room

מאד נח ונעים

היה לנו נעים ובעיקר מאד נח . זה מלון עירוני שנותן תמורה הוגנת למחיר. המלון במרחק 3-5 דקות הליכה מתחנת הרכבת המרכזית. באזור יש חנויות ומסעדות, המזגן מצוין ולמרות החום הכבד החדר היה קריר ונעים . הצוות ידידותי ועוזר, החדר שקט, נעים, והמקלחת נוחה. כל יום קיבלנו לחדר בקבוק מים , הזמינו למשקה בבר, השאירו בחדר מתנה חבילת אטריות .
