Pleasant and quiet location
Pros:

We enjoyed the very quiet location. It felt like there was no one around most of the time.

I only stayed one night it was in a weird location . It was close to Duomo like 15 min walk

Очень милый и удобный отель. В номере порадовала приятная джазовая музыка и прохлада. Спасались от летней Миланской жары. Весь центр пешком. Спать тихо и удобно.

Super emplacement confortable pour visiter Milan
Pros:

Tout était parfait, propre, lit confortable (si on doit absolument trouver quelque chose je préfère les oreillers un peu plus épais).
Équipements OK, j'avais une chambre sur une cour donc absolument aucun bruit la nuit.
Clim fonctionnelle et salvatrice vu la canicule à Milan, douche propre et pratique.
Le staff est gentil comme tout, emplacement idéal pour visiter Milan, on a quasiment tout fait à pieds.
Je n'ai pas testé le petit déjeuner tant les cafés partout à Milan font l'affaire pour moi.

Cons:

L'ascenseur est un peu lent, c'est juste pour trouver une chose à dire, c'était très très bien.

Excellent centrally located small boutique hotel.
Pros:

Really centrally located. Excellent friendly, helpful staff. Room was excellent we had the suite with the terrace and it was excellent. It’s a small boutique hotel but right in the heart of the city. You can walk everywhere, there are metro stations nearby but we just walked. Breakfast was great and really set you up for the day. There is only a very small bar but don’t worry you have bars/ restaurants etc just outside and around the corner. We will book again for next year.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, and the overall condition of the room met expectations. Breakfast was also a highlight, offering a good selection of quality food and a pleasant start to the day.

Cons:

Very disappointing Wi-Fi experience. Internet access required codes that expired before the stated expiration date, forcing repeated reconnects. The connection was limited to 3 Mbps and often failed to maintain even that speed. Streaming a simple YouTube video was nearly impossible due to constant buffering. Reliable internet is a basic expectation today, and unfortunately this hotel did not deliver.
