Det var bra. Mest som var bra med mig är service. Väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Tyckte inte om mitt rum så fick jag en annan. Bishoy på receptionen var otroligt snällt.

Good location with numerous amenities around. Hotel staff was polite and helpful, however the room was at the 2* level, but never 4. Emergency plan even displays the hotel having 3 stars,not worth the money

Hotel de fácil acesso ao metrô, uma ótima opção fora do centro superfaturado da cidade de Milão. Tranquilo de acessar o metrô, mesmo a noite, só não recomendo andar com celular muito a vista.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bodenbeläge sind fast abgenutzt. Das Bad ist winzig.

ـStaff were welcoming. The property was old but the room was well maintained and in the heat of Milan the AC worked well.

Staff are excellent. Very friendly and doing everything asked of them to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast is good and in addition to this, snacks and drinks are always left out at the reception throughout the day. Housekeeping is great too and this was done daily. The location of the hotel hasn’t done any justice to its standard of service. Haven said that, the location is ok and there is a metro just round the corner with direct service to the city centre etc.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet hôtel.
L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel dès mon arrivée, le personnel toujours souriant et disponible.
La chambre était impeccable, confortable et très bien équipée.
Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, avec des produits frais de qualité.
L’emplacement est idéal, proche du métro.

Je recommande vivement cet établissement et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Otroligt lyhört så svårt att få bra sömn. F ö var rummen ok samt nära till tunnelbana o lätt att ta sig till centrala Milano. P finns men ingår ej. Svindyr frukost så den hoppade vi över.

The room was excellent and the service too. Far from everything but the train station was down the street so you could go everywhere.

Hotel en photos tres beau mais a l arrivée un environnement pas terrible. Parking cher et pas de place pour tout le monde....
Au final les petits déjeuners sont en supplément....
15 euros meme pour les enfants...pas de bar le soir contrairement au descriptif.
Porte serviette et manteaux cassés....insonorisation nulle ...bonjour la vie des voisins de palier.
Trip cher pour ce que c'est. Trop d étoiles 🌟

What a shame, the problems started the minute we entered the hotel! They gave us a very small room for 3 adults on the ground floor, it is not possible to open the window because it faces the floor. The lady at the reception said "we will change your room tomorrow" and we believed it, but when we went to the reception again tomorrow, she said unfortunately there is no room available. The mirror in the room is broken, there are glass particles, we said at the reception. She told the lady that the customer before you broke it and did not replace it. Most importantly, we said that the toilet flush was broken, it was leaking water and we couldn't sleep because of its noise, but unfortunately they did not fix it or even cared. We never recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely not stay again.
