Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and safe but a good price for two young girls.

Worth the money and no massive concerns
Pros:

Great location and walking distance from Milan’s main train station. No issues with staff at all or the hotel facilities.

Cons:

The shower head could be held better as the pressure seems to knock the shower head off the holder. Also we noticed a few odd stains on our bedsheets.

Pros:

brilliant! air con was perfect and very relaxing. staff where incredible offered amazing service and looked after me so well! always very friendly and welcoming saying hi when you entered at the reception and ready to chat to you with whatever you need! would recommend staying here. The cucumber and lemon water was a nice touch!

Kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Stadt ist sehr schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof Centrale ist auch 10 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und das Personal hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber.
Handtücher vorhanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werde wieder kommen. Wir durften nach dem aus checken das Gepäck im Hotel stehen lassen.
