Good Location, but Comfort Needs Improvement.
Pros:

Great location—almost exactly between Duomo and Milano Centrale, about a 2.2 km walk to each. Well connected and a convenient base for exploring Milan.

Cons:

The heating and cooling didn’t work, and the bathroom ventilation was also not functioning. The shower cabin was quite small.

Pros:

The room is below average in quality. It’s fine for a one-night stay, but not much more. The bed and linens were clean, and the room had everything listed in the description.

Cons:

One of the towels had gray stains. The sink showed signs of previous use. Part of the shower fixture was broken. There was no handle for the shutter. It was quite noisy in the mornings — you could clearly hear people in the hallway and neighboring rooms.

Pros:

Clean exactly like the picture of the room. Reception was polite and when I called about a noise complaint, this was handled with professionalism.

Cons:

Couldn’t move shower head up and down. Thermostat didn’t always work. No access to kettle. Other guests were noisy either past 10pm or before 7am. The area the hotel is located doesn’t seem safe and is far from the centre.

A acomodação do quarto tem camas confortáveis, quarto e banheiro espaçosos.
Limpeza impecável.

Cons:

Pontos negativos, o quarto fica em uma área Praticamente fora do hotel, entra por um portão onde não há funcionários. Não tem acesso ao hotel, só se sair na rua. Não tem interfone, meus filhos pediram lanche e tiveram que sair na rua até a portaria para buscar, pois não há um acesso por dentro.
Não tem cofre.
Foi apenas 01 noite, porém meus filhos tiveram que tomar banho gelado, pois acabou a água quente do boiler.
Não havia cobertor e o quarto estava gelado.
O espaço é excelente, mas deixou a desejar.
