Odamız temiz ve genişti. Tren istasyonuna çok yakın. Duomo ya filan biraz yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltı göz doldurucu. Personel güler yüzlü.

Great stay
Pros:

Very well located, a stones throw from the station and all the busses to Lake Como, Alps and for hop on hop off bus. Excellent breakfast. Room is much smaller than shown in pics. Clean and adequate. Friendly staff. Bathroom smelt a bit, has exhaust issues and walls are a bit thin..

Great Location, Clean Rooms, and Exceptional Hospitality

Favorite hotel in Milano
Pros:

Stayed at hotel Bernina because it was next to Centrale train station. Did not expect the room to be big, like huge big. So much space, it was also very clean. Comes with working real AC, I would’ve died if it was lie-AC. I picked the superior single that come with breakfast. Good thing I chose this option, saved me a lot of time in the morning for coffee and a quick bite. Overall, I would definitely come back to stay at this hotel because of all the things I mentioned above. Price was very cheap and the staff plus service was excellent. I adore Senora at the breakfast bar, she remembered how I take my coffee after just one time in meeting her.

Las personas que atienden son muy amables. Pude dejar mi equipaje algunas horas sin problema, ni coste alguno.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación. Al lado de la estación central y con el metro que te deja justo en el Duomo a solo 2 minutos andando. Los autobuses que te llevan al aeropuerto también están a pocos minutos andando.

Cons:

No tengo ninguna queja ni observación negativa.

Pros:

The staff was extremely polite and very helpful.

Cons:

It was VERY noisy all day. The cleaning crew made loud noises very early in the morning as well as in the afternoon.
