The hotel was near to the metro and the breakfast was great!

Cons:

From the moment we arrived, the reception staff’s attitude was unacceptable. We got there at 14:00 pm to check in, and the official check-in time was 14:30 pm. When we politely asked if it would be possible to check in slightly earlier, the receptionist rudely replied, “Check-in is at 14:30.” We completely understand hotel policies, but the way it was said was unnecessarily harsh. A simple, polite response like, “You may wait a few minutes and we’ll see what we can do,” would have made all the difference.

Another very unpleasant situation happened in the middle of the night. I ordered food, and instead of a courteous call, a staff member phoned my room and bluntly said, “Get down.” No greeting, no explanation — just that. Completely inappropriate and extremely rude.

To make matters worse, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. Even when set to the lowest temperature, it was blowing hot air, making the room unbearably warm. We had to sleep with the doors open because the heat was suffocating. I am pregnant, and my blood pressure dropped due to the excessive heat, which made the situation even more concerning. It was a very uncomfortable and stressful night.

Finally, we were informed that the hotel would undergo renovations, but there was no proper communication. They simply placed a piece of paper in the elevator. After that, they started calling our room insisting that we check out 30 minutes earlier than the official time for their convenience. It’s ironic that 15 minutes early for check-in was completely unacceptable, yet they expected us to adjust our check-out time without proper notice.

Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic hospitality completely ruined our experience. Hospitality is not just about enforcing rules — it’s about treating guests with respect.

Hotel y desayuno muy completos para pasar unos días conociendo Milan
Pros:

Habitación muy acogedora, baño amplio y muy limpio, desayuno bastante completo, muy bien. Atención del personal en recepción como en el desayuno muy amables, te explican todo. Barrio muy tranquilo y el metro cerca, facilidad de moverte.

Cons:

Lo único que algunos canales de la TV no se oían.
