Pros:

Somente localização, por ser ao lado da estação de metrô.

Cons:

Hotel com atendentes ásperos e sarcásticos para resolver situações adversas, apartamento sujo, travesseiros velhos, banheiro com pouca iluminação o que o torna escuro, porta do frigobar solta, ar condicionado sem funcionamento, serviço de lavanderia extremamente de baixa qualidade onde as peças voltam sujas e sem cheiro de limpeza.

Nice hotel with top location
Pros:

Top location right across the Milan central station. Our room has very nice view of the station but very quiet. Staff are very nice . We had our room with no wifi connection, the staff were very responsive . The problem was solved quickly.

Nice stay
Pros:

We stayed for 3 nights. Hotel is just crossing the street from the station which makes the days in Milan very accessible . Metro and bus at the door. Staff are very nice and responsive. Room has the view of Milan station yet very quiet

Uma dos melhores cafés da manhã. Muito perto da estação de trem, como estava com malas e crianças, facilitou bastante.

Cons:

O quarto estava muito frio. Como era início da primavera, eles desligaram o sistema de calefaçâo dos apartamentos.
