For a 4 star hotel, we were expecting for a gim.
The Glam Hotel was in an amazing location right near the train station, the staff was super helpful arranging a taxi for us, beds very comfortable, a great breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. Would happily recommend it to others.
The location in relation to Milano Centrale couldn't be better. Check in was great - super friendly and helpful. I had a large room on the 5th floor with a lovely view of the train station. Very good soundproofing. Reception were happy to arrange a steamer for me to use. Jerry at the lobby bar was friendly and happy to chat.

É nossa segunda vez hospedados nesse hotel. E gostamos muito. Essa vez foi ainda melhor, pois optamos por incluir o café da manhã que é muito bom! Tem diversas opções sendo bem variado. Todos os profissionais são excelentes! Salvatore, Helena, Jane, Julia, Hanan e TODA a equipe do café da manhã foram super educados, solícitos e gentis!
A limpeza do hotel também é excelente! Nosso quarto estava bem limpo e cheiroso! Obrigado a toda a equipe da limpeza.
Na recepção, todos nos ajudaram, tiraram dúvidas e deram dicas de onde irmos e o que fazermos em Milão. Martino deu ótimas sugestões para nós! Toda a equipe da recepção foi excelente!
