Cordialità e velocità dello staff la posizione e anche in generale la camera

Cons:

La tavoletta del wc era rotta (poca attenzione nella manutenzione) .. il momento colazione nonostante il cibo fosse buono ma non vi era che la classica scelta (pochissimo salato); in generale l atmosfera era poco soft.. il personale un po rumoroso in un ambiente piccolo

Отель близко от вокзала! Но надо осторожно это рекламировать, рядом много других отелей

Cons:

В отеле рядом с аэропортом и вокзалом является нормой более ранний и расширенный завтрак. Завтрак с 7 утра и мы не смогли воспользоваться. Проанализируйте расписание поездов- вам завтрак надо сделать минимум с 6 утра. И для вашей категории отеля румсервис должен быть круглосуточный, а он ограничен 22 часами

Very disappointing experience for a 4-star hotel
Pros:

The breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices. Conveniently located near the station.

Cons:

A hot water failure required our young children to take cold showers. The staff was not helpful and only advised us to wait for the issue to be resolved, which meant keeping our young children up very late into the evening. The front desk did not offer any compensation, and management never replied to our follow-up emails.
