Pros:

Struttura dignitosa, essenziale e pulita.
Colazione continentale qualitatamente buona ed adeguata alle mie esigenze.
Personale cortese.
Zona poco rumorosa e ben connessa alla metro, tram, pullman ecc

Cons:

Il palazzo non ha un ascensore e la struttura si trova ai piani alti.
Fondamentalmente il bagno è piccolo. Il bidet è scomodo da usare; doccia stretta e la cornetta è fissa in alto. Va bene per pernotti brevi.

Assolutamente fuori da ogni tipoi di standard, soprattutto in relazione al prezzo della camera. Hotel fatiscente, camera sporca e rovinata ... mi dispiace, ma non si può far pagare una notte 100 euro ed essere a questi livelli

Die Lage mit der Nähe zur Metro-Station(ca. 150 m) ist ideal.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Parkplatz (kostenpflichtig) im Vorhof.
Rezeption immer besetzt.

Cons:

Das Haus ist relativ hellhörig, sowohl was die Geräusche intern angeht, als auch die Geräusche von der Straße (Straßenbahn), trotz geschlossenem Fenster.
