Mooi voor een stedentrip
Pros:

Super vriendelijk personeel, centraal gelegen locatie (tram letterlijk er tegenover en metro nog geen 5 min loopafstand). Veel bezienswaardigheden waren ook op loopafstand. Kamer was voor een eenpersoonskamer alsnog best goed ingedeeld.

Pros:

The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The hotel is also in a great location, making it easy to explore Milan on foot. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Cons:

The only small downside is that there’s a tram running right in front of the hotel, along with quite a bit of traffic, so it can be quite noisy, especially at times. But considering the price, it was totally fine and still a good value for money.

لما سوينا چيك اوت حاسبين لنا 2 شوت من البار !! مع انه عايله مسلمين و محد فينا يشرب لما اعترضت و قلت اهم ماراح احاسبه تراجعو !!!

2 des personnels seulement (hommes) boudent, snopes et desagreables avec les clients.
Cons:

1) Bruit trop fort la nuit par les résidents de l'hôtel jusqu'a 3h du matin sans que la direction de l'hotel ne puisse faire un seul effort.
J'ai du passer la nuit a frapper moi-meme les portes des 2 chambres causant le bruit pour leur dire de se calmer.

2) Les 3 premiers jours, je descends moi-meme au restau le matin pour chercher 2 cafes + 2 croissants. Je regle la facture a la reception. Cout : 16 Euros.
Le lendemain matin, je fais exactement la meme chose. Cout : 9 Euros !!
Le 3e jour, on me dit que c'est interdit de descendre chercher a manger dans le restau et c'est a l'hotel de le faire... Cool, OK. Je commande la meme chose que les 2 jours precedents. 15 mn apres, un plateau portant 2 petits cafes, mais trop petits + 2 croissants trop petits (Equivalent 2 bouchees). Cout : 12 Euros !!!

On voit bien que la communication passe tres mal entre le personnel. C'est un peu le bordel !

Awful, ruined by a dirty scum thief

Cons:

My partners rings were taken by one of the male cleaners (including her grandmothers ring) who’s apparently been there 11 years!

He went and cleaned our room while we were out and when we went back they were gone. They refused any wrong doing and that he couldn’t possibly have taken the rings due to his length of service!

How could you possibly take something from somebody so meaningful and sentimental, even after we informed them of this he still did not cough up the rings. Absolute scum.

Avoid staying here at all costs. Hopefully the police can resolve the matter
