Excellent!
Pros:

Our stay at the Lancaster hotel was great. The location was convenient and within a walkable distance to the tram, food options, and the Arch of Peace. we stayed for 7 days during the 2026 Olympics, and since the breakfast was the same every day, we were given the option to make requests. We didn’t, but it was nice to have the option. The 24 hr front desk staff was extremely helpful with taxis, ordering food, providing directions, etc. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings and 3 comfy beds. Overall, it was a beautiful historic hotel, and we enjoyed our long stay.

Excellent hotel great value for money
Pros:

On arrival I was upgraded from single to double room. The bed was really comfortable. The room (at back of hotel) was very quiet and all facilities excellent. Breakfasts were also very good, with a wide choice to suit different dietary requirements. All staff were kind, friendly and efficient. The hotel, which is in a very central location, deserves four stars and I shall certainly want to stay there if I visit Milan again.

It is a lovely hotel and I should like to stay there again when I am next in Milan.
Pros:

I was upgraded from single to double room and the room was really comfortable. It was at the back of the hotel so very quiet. The breakfasts were excellent, great choice of food with attentive, efficient and friendly service.

Cons:

The bananas in the fruit bowl weren't very good (not a major issue!)

Perfect Place to Stay in Milano!
Pros:

This is the second time I have stayed at Hotel Lancaster, and both times have been amazing! The location cannot be beat, it is so nice to see the Arco del Pace right up the street, and it is so very convenient to public transportation, walkable to the city center, and also a quite, safe, residential neighborhood. But the true beauty of this hotel is the staff—they are so amazing; welcoming, professional, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast is bountiful and tasty, the decor is charming, and the place is spotlessly clean. This is my absolute favorite place to stay in Milano!

Pros:

Небольшой, чистый и уютный отель с вежливым и отзывчивым персоналом. В номере есть чайник и чай/кофе, стандартный европейский завтрак. Удобная локация. Окна выходили на улицу, но шум машин абсолютно не был слышен. Отдыхали в марте 2026 года, остались довольны.
