Pros:

Es gibt sie noch diese Hoteldiamanten. Man erwartet einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und bekommt ein sehr komfortables, aufmerksames und hilfreiches Team.

Großartig. Es ist ein 3-Sterne Haus, das sich nach 4 Sternen anfühlt.

Pros:

If you’re looking to escape the busy tourist areas and enjoy a quiet, refined local stay with a pleasant morning walk, this is a place I highly recommend.
For early risers, the walk through Sforzesco Castle all the way to the Duomo is especially enjoyable in the morning. The hotel is also very close to Cadorna Station, making it extremely convenient when using the Malpensa Express—especially for those traveling with heavy luggage, as a short taxi ride from the station costs around €6–7.
Public transportation is easily accessible with a nearby tram stop, and above all, the staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming. Room cleaning is done daily (which is becoming rare these days, as many hotels clean every two days). I actually felt a bit sorry—and very grateful—when I returned to find the room spotless after leaving it slightly messy.
Highly recommended for those who appreciate a classic, elegant Milanese hotel experience.

Highly recommended
Pros:

The staff's kindness and excellent service are incredible. It's the first time I've stayed in a hotel with such impeccable customer service. I loved discovering this hotel.
Also it’s two blocks from “ Arco della Pace
Castello Sforzesco (Castillo de Los Sforza) and 15 min walking from the Duommo.

Хороший отель, немного далековато от центра, но за эту цену - лучшее, что можно было найти! Очень доброжелательный персонал, отзывчивые и любезные. Замечательный завтрак. Рекомендую к посещению.

Great hotel for central Milan
Pros:

The Lancaster was a great hotel for our short visit to Milan. Good location, quiet and it felt very safe, close to 2 metro stations and a short walk from the central shopping centre and from the Castillo and Duomo. Nice clean rooms, good breakfast included. Staff very helpful and friendly. reasonably priced.

Lovely
Pros:

The hotel was super clean and really charming. We stayed there with our little kids and felt very comfortable, welcomed, and safe. Everyone was super friendly – the people at the front desk and the guy who handled breakfast.
We only stayed one night because of a concert, but next time we’re in Milan for longer, we’ll definitely come back.
