Pros:

Bra läge, personal i receptionen var och takbaren var trevliga.

Cons:

Frukosten var otroligt ojämn, vi kom vid olika tider och mycket var slut och personalen var inte service inriktade. Takbaren öppnade väldigt sent 19:00, trist för det hade varit mysigt att sitta där då vi hade mycket bra väder.

hotel de otima localização, café da manhã muito bom e equipe atenciosa
Pros:

Segunda vez nesse hotel, gosto muito pela proximidade da estação de trem e café da manhã bem completo. Equipe rápida e muito atenciosa. Apesar de ser uma construção mais antiga está tudo em otimo funcionamento.

enjoyed our stay, very good location, under 1 hour walking distance from the main city attractions
Pros:

The location is excellent. Very close to Central station and also not so far from the city centre. the neighbourhood has a lot of good places for dinner and it was a quite, not crowded neighbourhood.

Cons:

the hotel is rather old and it shows its age. but even tough, the place is very clean and well maintained. breakfast was pretty limited in choice.

The room was old fashioned. The bathroom was quite old and had no ventilation system, which made it uncomfortable to use. It definitely needs some renovation and better ventilation.

Lovely staff, lovely room, great location- would highly recommend.

Fantastic room and location

Cons:

No coffee making facilities in the room, and the breakfast although it was lovely, there were no scrambled eggs nor bacon left and didn’t get replenished.

Férias em Milão
Pros:

Localização excelente, pois fica bem perto da estação central de Milão, ponto de referência e de encontro para diversos passeios. Tem a poucos minutos a pé a estação "República" que permite chegar na Catedral Duomo de modo rápido e econômico.

Cons:

Achei a taxa de imposto turístico cobrado pelo hotel bastante elevado, mas para quem tá disposto a vir conhecer uma das mais belas cidades do mundo, faz parte do pacote. A central de ar do meu quarto apresentava um pequeno barulho constante quando o ar esteve ligado, além de suspeitar de ausência de manutenções periódicas na limpeza.
