Cons:

Dejar la tarjeta de la habitación cada vez que salías. No reponian los alimentos que se acababan en el desayuno habia que pedirlos. La cama estaba dura. Nada de ventilación en las habitaciones

Life threatening!

It was opposite a nice restaurant

Cons:

The fact my fridge exploded, leaking toxic ammonia into the room which could have been fatal. The blase attitude of the staff when I told them, the fact they gave me a basic face mask (!) and told me (!) to retrieve my (ruined) clothes from the room because they couldn’t bear the stench and eye stinging atmosphere, the fact they showed virtually no concern, the fact I got a chest infection and ended up in hospital, the fact I’ve still not heard from their insurers. I could go on….

Un bon rapport qualité/prix pour Milan
Pros:

Bonne situation géographique, personnel sympathique et parlant français. Petit déjeuner continental bien garni.

Cons:

Literie à remplacer et machine à café dans la chambre sans les dosettes de café.
Bruit : aucune insonorisation dans les chambres, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs et les chambres voisines.

Mas control con los fumadores
Pros:

Ubicación y limpieza.

Cons:

Deberían ser mas estrictos al regular a los fumadores dentro de las habitaciones. Porque al menos en la mia se sentía mucho olor a cigarrillo. Por lo demás todo excelente.
