The staff made the hotel experience!
Pros:

Staff were very accommodating. I travelled for the Marathon and My room was held for me until 1pm for a free late checkout to be able to run the race and come back for a shower. Allowed me access to the breakfast items the night before to take to the room for early start.

Room was small but single traveller in single bed but plenty for what was needed

Great water pressure and very nice bathrooms.

Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as metro and tram access.

Supermarket just 5mins walk away as well

Es ist einfach nur sauber.

Cons:

Mir gefiel nicht, dass es Treppen gab und niemand beim Tragen der Koffer half. Wir reisten mit einem sechs Monate alten Kind. Meine Frau musste den Kinderwagen mit dem Kind darin hochheben, während der Mann an der Rezeption zusah.
Wir zahlten außerdem 150 € plus Steuern, also etwa 170 €, und hatten kein Frühstück. Das Personal war höflich, aber unprofessionell.
