Perfect Location and Wonderful Staff

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s location was perfect and very strategic—it was close to everything and saved us so much time every day.

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Anas, who was always amazing and ready to assist us with anything we needed. Sarah and Marco were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Their warm hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Great place to stay if you have plans to travel a lot from central station.

Perfect stay in a very central location
Pros:

Loved the view from the room. Easy check-in and we even could get the rooms earlier than anticipated. Comfortable beds, good room size, super easy to access - flawless for a hotel of that category.

Un hôtel pratique pour une halte à Milan.
Pros:

Un hôtel juste à côté de la gare avec une belle vue sur la vaste place devant la gare. Chambre moderne. Petit déjeuner au 8e étage qu'on peut prendre en terrasse.

Cons:

Cela n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel mais nos voisins de chambre ont mis la télé assez fort une bonne partie de la nuit : si les cloisons ne sont pas assez épaisses, il faudrait brider les téléviseurs.

The room is not sound proof. You can hear everything from outside. The elevator is also very slow.
