NON È UN 4 STELLE VERO
Pros:

Abbastanza vicino per San Siro da andarci a piedi in una mezz'oretta.
La stanza è grande

Non è affatto un 4 stelle come si fregiano.
Aria condizionata inesistente! Esce l'aria ma è così poca che la camera è bollente. Quando ho chiesto di intervenire mi hanno risposto che c'era troppo caldo in tutta Italia.. Grazie, l'aria condizionata serve esattamente per il caldo e in tutte le altre strutture funzionava benissimo. Dopo un concerto a San Siro con 40 gradi, passare la notte al caldo è stato un incubo.
Lo shampoo ha la cannula tagliata tant'è che ogni volta dovevamo staccare il vasetto... come per dire 'lo shampoo c'è ma ne devi usare pochissimo'. Nel bagno non solo non c'è l'aria ma nemmeno la ventola.
Appena arrivata in reception, nonostante ho pagato tramite booking e quindi per qualsiasi cosa avrebbero sempre fatto riferimento a loro, mi hanno chiesto 50 euro per eventuali extra perché non avevo una carta di credito da dargli. Assurdo perché gli extra li pago sempre quando lascio qualsiasi hotel e fanno il conto finale. Non l'ho apprezzato per nulla perché mi hanno dato l'idea di dei morti di fame... Alla fine la ragazza gentilissima della reception si è accontentata del bancomat.
E la scrivente frequenta da sempre sia 4 che 5 stelle e un tale disagio non l'ho mai provato.
È un semplice 3 stelle e nemmeno sup...

Exceptional staff, well done all, room size a bit of shock and Metro, however served a purpose.
Pros:

Location to event I was attending, staff - exceptional! breakfast

Cons:

The surround area wasn't to my liking. The size of the room was very small, the Metro noise wasn't expected.

Mi è piaciuto la posizione dell hotel vicino alla fermata della metropolitana che ci ha permesso di raggiungere San Siro .,

Hay cosas que si son perfectas, hay que son fatales (como la persona del buffet quien no respeta a nadie)

Estamos encantados con los chicos de recepción! Son muy simpáticos y amables, localidad esta cómodo por Esxence!

Cons:

1. Un señor de buffet del desayuno, sin respecto muy agresivo con mujeres y me ha provocado hablar con el casi gritando cuando he visto como el habla con mi madre, es fatal experiencia, y resulta que nadie ni ha dicho ni una disculpa ni nada…. 0 respecto… es lo que es nunca puedo entender, como es posible, un servicio asi….
2. Necesito invoice para presentar en mi empresa, pero me ignoran no dan 🤦🏻‍♂️
